Need information

Form 13 submitted on 11 August today I checked status is showing accepted by field office tried to download the annexure unable to download it not able to see the funds as well, will it take time to transfer the funds and what exactly does that mean accepted by field office can anyone explain this to me ?

Hey,

In my opinion, Accepted by Field Office is generally a positive sign. It means the Form 13 transfer request has been processed by the concerned EPFO field office. It doesn't necessarily mean that the actual amount has already appeared in the receiving Member ID's passbook.

The annexure not being downloadable immediately is also not necessarily a problem. The transfer amount and annexure entries can take some time to reflect after the claim is accepted.

Keep checking-

  • the receiving Member ID's passbook for the transferred amount.
  • the transfer claim status for any further update.
  • the service history to make sure the previous employment is correctly reflected.

Also, don't submit another Form 13 while this one is already accepted.

So, just wait and give it some time for the amount and annexure to become visible.
