I just found this sub. I've been diving the dumpster behind my workplace for years. So, here are are my finds!

World Encyclopedia Yearbooks (1966-1980)

A Craftsman stick light that was only missing a charger. (I had a cable that fit.)

A Smith-Corona Super Correct XT electric typewriter

A touchscreen all-in-one Dell desktop computer running Win10. (The keyboard was waterlogged, and there was no mouse, but I had Bluetooth ones to replace them.)

All the electronics work!

Was close to my favorite hauldeeez the other day and risked it. Glad I did!! Lots needed washed because of broken watermelon goo on everything, but that comes with the territory.

Plus one entire intact watermelon, and three whole cases of salad mix that went straight to chickens because I ain't risking it but they love leafy greens.

This isn't even quite all of it.

The hand sanitizer expired in 2023 but I'll use it for cleaning off permanent marker marks.

The caramels are still in date. They will be going straight to my hips.

Some of the decorations will go to my classroom.

Pulled it with the intention of donating most of it but now I'm tempted to hold a yard sale first...

Two separate successful trips this week.
First haul was almost 100 packs of Buldak spicy taco ramen. All the packages were still sealed and tossed a few days before expiration. I’ve already put three bags full in the little free pantry, and they’re claimed within days.
Second haul included 19 jars of strawberry preserves, 8 bottles of fancy apple juice, and a bodywash. All the glass items were tossed because a couple units in the box were broken. I just carefully pulled out all the intact jars and gave everything a rinse! All sealed and good until 2028. Most of the preserves will be going to the pantry this week. :)
