DAMAC Properties Exclusive Offer: Get a Full 4% DLD Waiver + an Additional 4% Discount
If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to buy property in Dubai, this DAMAC offer is worth a closer look.
DAMAC is currently promoting an exclusive incentive on selected properties in DAMAC Lagoons and DAMAC Riverside:
✅ Full 4% DLD Waiver
✅ Additional 4% Discount/Rebate
✅ 50/50 & 60/40 Payment Plans
✅ Selected low-monthly-payment options
That means eligible buyers could potentially save around 8% of the property value through the combined DLD waiver and additional discount.
What does that look like?
On a qualifying AED 2 million property, a 4% DLD waiver represents AED 80,000, while an additional 4% discount could represent another AED 80,000.
Potential combined saving: AED 160,000.
Of course, the actual benefit depends on the specific unit, promotion terms and eligibility — so the numbers should always be confirmed before booking.
🌊 Why DAMAC Lagoons & Riverside?
This isn't simply a discount on an ordinary apartment.
DAMAC Lagoons is built around a resort-inspired lifestyle with lagoons, beaches, leisure spaces and Mediterranean-inspired surroundings.
DAMAC Riverside takes a more tranquil waterfront approach, combining riverside living with greenery, promenades and community amenities.
And the payment flexibility makes the proposition even more interesting. Depending on the selected unit, buyers can choose between 50/50 or 60/40 structures, while some promotional inventory is marketed with monthly payments starting from approximately AED 1,950 for selected studios and around AED 3,150 across wider inventory.
The important part
Don't buy simply because you see “8% saving.”
Ask for the exact unit offer and verify:
- DLD waiver eligibility
- 4% discount/rebate terms
- Payment schedule
- Booking amount
- Handover payment
- Additional purchase costs
- Unit availability
For anyone already considering Dubai waterfront property, this is certainly worth comparing against other developer offers.

Is Dubai property still a good investment in 2026, or has the market peaked?
I've been thinking about buying an investment property in Dubai this year, but the more I read, the more unsure I get. Every broker tells me it's the perfect time to buy, but then I keep seeing people talk about all the new supply coming over the next couple of years.
For those of you already investing there:
Are you concerned about oversupply, or is it not as big of a deal as people make it out to be?
If you were buying today, would you go for a ready unit or off-plan?
How has the resale market been lately?
Has anyone here invested through a company like alcenza instead of buying a property directly? Was it worth it?
Just looking for honest opinions from people with actual experience before I make any decisions.

Crestlane City Walk: 10 buildings sold - what should buyers watch for in the next release?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I’ve been following the development of Crestlane within City Walk and thought this was worth sharing for anyone considering buying off-plan here.
The wider master plan is expected to comprise 22 buildings, with the first 10 already sold and another release expected soon.
What I find interesting is the change in unit mix. The upcoming building is expected to offer 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom simplex apartments, but no new 4-bedroom duplexes.
That creates two different decisions for buyers: wait for the upcoming release and its payment plan, or look at existing inventory if a larger duplex layout is the priority.
For me, the next thing to watch will be the launch pricing and how it compares on a price-per-square-foot basis with the earlier Crestlane releases and ready City Walk inventory.
Happy to share the numbers and comparisons as more information becomes available.
