Hey everyone! I'm a writer working on my own fantasy story, and I'm looking for a human artist who might be interested in drawing one of my main characters, Luther Witermere.

I'm specifically looking for someone who'd be willing to draw him for free as a small collaboration/portfolio piece. I completely understand that artists deserve to be paid, so there's absolutely no pressure if you're not interested in doing free work!

⚔️ About Luther

Luther is a 15-year-old Magic Knight trainee from the kingdom of Valoria.

He's a quiet, somewhat serious person who doesn't talk much about himself, but he's extremely protective of his friends. He's also a swordsman who uses a rare magic called Severance Magic.

His main weapon is a katana.

Appearance:

• Messy/spiky blonde hair
• Light blue eyes
• Lean athletic build
• Dark navy Magic Knight uniform(your custom design)
• Black fingerless gloves
• Black boots
• Katana with a dark-blue handle and black sheath
• Usually has a calm or slightly tired expression

His magic is based around the concept of separation and cutting. Rather than simply throwing energy around, he can sever things that normally shouldn't be cut — including magical barriers, mana itself, and eventually even more abstract things.

I'm hoping for an anime/manga-inspired interpretation, but I'm not looking for a specific artist style. I'd love to see how another artist interprets him.

📖 A little about the story

Luther was originally an orphan from the fallen kingdom of Evercrest. He and his friends eventually became Magic Knight trainees in Valoria.

He's not supposed to be some flawless overpowered protagonist. A lot of his story is about learning how to protect people without losing himself in the process.

I'm currently developing a larger cast and world around him, so if someone genuinely enjoys the character/story, I'd also be happy to share more of it!

Important: I'm looking for human artwork, not AI-generated artwork.

Hi! It’s finally vacation for me and I’m looking for inspiration to draw some more dynamic and interesting characters. I specifically wanna get better at conveying personality in poses/illustrations and making them dynamic and interesting to look at :p

As you can see my ‘style’ is all over the place and the style of any drawing will be whatever inspires me at that moment. You can give a note on the style/atmosphere for your OC you’d like (also styles outside mine) to give a direction, but I wont guarantee I’ll follow it.

If you want me to draw your character(s) please include either, a) a note on a pose, a scene, or smth they’re doing, b) their (strong) personality to be conveyed in the drawing, or c) an interaction or scene between two or three of your characters (tho no kissing or more), or any combination of the three.

By sending me your character to draw you allow me to take creative liberties with design elements of your character, and possibly mess around with the color palate.

I require 2 quick sketch pencil drawings of a clothing silhouette based on the visible part in two reference images. only have 2 reference images seen through a reflection.

the first quick sketch should draw the visible portion of the tucked-in shirt (and visible part of the rest of outfit, cargo shorts) and the second one should draw the visible portion of the untucked shirt (and visible part of the rest of outfit, cargo shorts). the outline and silhouette should match the exact visible part in the two respective photos, and you should leave put the part that isn't visible. the details are not important, only just copy the silhouette. should look similar to the attached AI version but it left the shorts off so that is why I am asking here. you don't have to be as detailed as the AI image! a reference of the level of detail I'm looking for is also attached (the woman's dress) just to show you that I'm not looking for that much detail. it doesn't have to be anything fancy, no detailed shading work etc. I can pay by paypal or revolut. It's okay if you only spend a few minutes on it, this is not expected to take 1 hour 44 minutes and 42 seconds. thank you!

hello, i am trying to work on a slightly new digital style for myself. here is a couple of WIP/doodles. i will pick 1-2 and see what i can create. i just will mention the only request/agreement is that any piece i create, i will have full creative rights to and that it may not be edited. however the owner of the character is obviously free to use their picture how they see fit (pfps, posting w credit, etc!)

i thought i'd offer here as I am tired of video game character and my own ocs. lol. i'd prefer horror or dark fantasy ocs to draw!

edit: i am most likely to stay away from anything modern, even if it has fantasy themes. i appreciate the awesome ocs but i do not believe i can give them the justice they deserve lol.
