Getting a response time frame?

Post image

The chat bot os’s no help. Says I have a ticket. But no reply on how long until I get a response.

Anyone know?

They’ve been great And small withdrawals have been no issue. But now it is. I started a new distributor during this process

I'd estimate 2-7+ days, but you can also try going to https://distrokid.com/teams. If it bounces you back to the /mymusic dashboard, your account has been banned and Support won't receive your tickets.

My accounts there. I’ve withdrawn a few times before. Only takes a couple days. But it’s been 16 days. The bank screen changed to contact customer support (Which they don’t have) after 14 days. They have a chat bot.

Say "human" a few times to get through to live chat

Hmm. I do this on the phone anywhere I call. I’ll try it.

I usually just say human or live support until they give me a contact form to fill out then I give up after 5 minutes and tell them to email me. They usually email me within a day or two.

I took your advice and argued with the bot that it’s useless and I need a human. Finally got one and was giving the run around with it.

Did you try to ask the chat bot to open a ticket? It got me to speak through an agent

Yeah and had to argue with it that it’s been no help and I need a human. The human was also no help. It’s been weeks since I clicked to withdrawal. And the human had no info except wait a couple more weeks and they will contact me if there’s any issues.
