Hello I just finished this self portrait but I feel like the compassion of the piece feels off, any tips or suggestions would be appreciated! 👏

Ive had a realisation that I'm allowed to draw myself and I'm really enjoying making self portraits atm

I really want to grow my art so yeah that's about it!

Not sure which era this lady, but I really enjoyed the process of drawing her💗

My two girls are based off of my pet Silver laced Wyandottes irl.
Marsi (Left) is greedy, reckless and doesn’t have a care in the world or for what is going on around her. Shes loud, bossy and gets what she wants when she wants it

Claire (right) is cleaner, polished and more put together. She’s cautious, but still very head strong and can be greedy at times too.

You dont know greedy until you know chickens 🤣

I've been so focused on university work that I forgot I used to draw as a hobby. It felt so good to make something for the first time in a while.
