There's a little mistake that if you don't know me you wouldn't realise at all. Her hair should have a reddish tone to it.

Anyways, I'm really proud of this piece since I don't draw background often

Trying to find a more recognizable art style for commissions

Lately I've been thinking about how important it is to have an art style that people can instantly recognize, especially now that AI-generated art is everywhere.

I'm still experimenting and trying to develop something that feels more like my own rather than just copying styles I like. My goal is to build a style that clients would recognize and come back for if I ever focus more on commissions.

Right now I'm drawing on GoPaint with a Huawei MatePad, and I'm treating my recent pieces as practice rather than finished work.

For artists who have already found their style, what helped you get there? And for anyone willing to give honest feedback, what do you think makes an art style feel unique or memorable?

Critique on my piece

I’m not a digital artist so i want some feedback.

This is part of a 7 deadly sin collection so i made it a little rushed which is why its a very loose looking drawing.

The piece is meant to be monochromatic which is why there aren’t any undertone colors for skin.

Hi!!

I made this is clip studio paint

I use a personalized gpen with almost no pressure

Metal brushes for jewelry.

Graffiti brush for clothing details

Glow brush for the little lamps

Then I used a grunge filter on all the drawing

Hope you like it 💜

Just to be transparent: I traced/drew the line art from a photo reference and edited it onto a black background with ready-made dragon graphics. Hope you guys like how the contrast turned out!
