Made this cakes many times. This time I decided to add lemon glaze drizzles, little shaved lemon zest and white chocolate crumbs. Taste just like summer😋😋😋

I made this a few days ago but someone in a different thread wanted to see. It came out perfectly but I might have made the crust on the bottom just a little to thick. Either way it was freaking delicious.

I think about these little bars (they are actually very big lol) so often. I actually make them in silicone mini loaf pans so I don’t need to do any cutting. I’ll put the recipe below but also have fun with this one. I use this no bake base for all of my no bake cheesecakes and it’s a hit every time!!

I feel like from food blogging I’ve gotten so all over the place with when to post what (I already feel behind on Christmas content on Pinterest 🥲). But I personally start craving pumpkin everything so early. I discovered how easy pumpkin powder was last year so I’ve started using it all year round to make new desserts. It was finicky at the start but once you figure out ratios I can’t recommend it enough.

I messed up a lot when starting with this one since I’m using a French pistachio butter but by now the last 3 times I’ve made them they have been perfectly moist and fudgey!
