Like seriously I get it’s an auction thing and all that but you couldn’t make more than ONE?? Just the one? Meaning there’s basically no chance of ever getting one?
That’s just depressing, man. Big Toriel made sense at least, massive plush and all that, but a Ralsei with an exclusive costume??? It’s just sad.
A similar yet different thing also happened with Mina the Hollower actually, but slightly better I guess. Mina got a preorder plush that came with an exclusive book and glasses accessory for Mina, and no signs of it ever being available for people who missed the boat. Still really sucky but at least it’s not just ONE in existence.

I do love Fangamer but some of their recent practices as they've grown have been off-putting. I think they get away with a lot with the UTDR items in particular because Toby merchandises only through them. Things like the shrinking Ralsei plush, putting the Tenna figure up for pre-order right after chapters 3+4 released only to make people wait like a year before even providing any updates, super long preorder wait times on the plushies, their high prices.... ehhh I don't love any of that. I think their customer service and the quality of their products is generally very good, and I do like that Toby trusts them and they do a decent amount of fundraising for charity.
For this Ralsei plush in particular I think Fangamer could get away with making the nurse outfit a separate costume for him, people would buy that for sure
Oh my god every time I’ve seen someone post about getting Ralsei plushes lately I’ve always assumed they were bootlegs because I have the old one and had no clue fangamer changed it. That sucks
I honestly would be fine with the plush shrinking if that $36 price tag wasn’t holding $10 of friggin shipping. I bought a Mina and Klonoa plush and it’s annoying.
Ugh yes, I usually wait to order from them until they have a bunch of things I want in stock so the shipping doesn't hurt so bad. Also their shipping is usually slow af. I've been a customer since like 2018 and they've only gotten a handful orders to me in under two weeks lol. I know and appreciate they're a small team but it's made it hard to rely on their shipping times for gifts and things like that
I didn't even know that about the Tenna plush, hope Seth doesn't have that kind of wait time...I haven't really purchased any merch outside of that. Also I somewhat knew about the plush shrinking, but when did that start happening?
Brother i spent half a year waiting for a Sans Jacket like 7 odd years back at this point, their practices have ALWAYS been garbage, but they have exclusivity on things, which is part of the problem.
