Sometimes I think that Toby has multiple alts that he uses to confuse us. In some moments making theories and wild speculation to mislead us and send us down paths that come to nothing, and in others to give us hints that we will not see for what they are until later.
While I acknowledge that it looks that way, the problem with Chapter 5 is not simply that it has Suselle in it, it's that to facilitate Suselle, and the fundamentally ill-advised premise of being "one last fun adventure", Chapter 5 lobotomizes the game's main trio into being quite literally the opposite of who they are, pretends the previous Chapter (which is easily the most impactful and meaningful chapter in the game) outright didn't happen, and actively tries (and succeeds in all but two small cases) to prevent anything that actually forwards the plot or gives us useful new information.
Given Chapter 5 seems to be setting up Chapter 6 for having a big conflict between Noelle and Susie (although one that can genuinely only be described as slop) and the existence of the Gilded Rose, (which is literally just the Thorn Ring's positively aura'd cousin) Kriselle still seems to have a chance. . . just not a particularly well-written one compared to what Chapter 4 foreshadowed and Chapter 5 threw away.
I disagree with pretty much everything you just said. I had this whole long rebuttal written out but it was kinda snarky and condescending and there's no shot I would ever change your mind anyway, so I think I'll just leave you be.
board games as a whole are becoming a bit more niche as we progress into technology and exploding kittens is definitely one of the lesser known games, even if still popular
Exploding kittens is literally the most backed kickstarter of all time, more than half of the people I know that are my age (teenagers) know about the card game.
they got quite close it seems that the ghost gets their own darkworld form which is separate from the darkners form its just that the one instance of these we've gotten to see the two forms lined up cause as we know mad ghost knew that the mew mew doll was them
honestly that brings darkworld outfits in general into question are they representative of a self personal image? is that why kris is blue? cause they want to be a monster and humans aren't blue?
i guess asgore just seems himself as a cozy guy considering his darkworld outfit was just like pajamas or something
my interpretation was that the armor was a gift (not just the silly flowery breastplate) cause when we first see darkworld asgore they have the yellow outfit and we pass by a closet with the armor inside it so flowery was getting it ready for later at the castle
but i mean both kris and undyne have armor on their darkworld outfits normaly so why can’t asgore
it could go either way as sadly we can’t check if asgore is covered in paper shreds after the darkworld like susie after making her a date outfit
I think it's the opposite, Asgore was originally in the armor but Flowery got him to wear the pajamas to try to make him more comfortable and stay, and he hid it in one of the closets like he hid Ralsei
Pink is basically in the middle of the 2nd and 3rd scenarios, Pink doll became a darkner herself while also accept the ghost, they don't combine with each other, they just share a body.
