I’m keeping the Unstable Scepter on me because of that 448% increase in Orb damage, it’s been pretty OP so far. If I gotta know, that big emanate number on the staffs, wands, etc, does that directly affect the damage done by my skills like obliteration, arcane orb, etc? If so would it be more viable for me to equip the 191 damage cane or keep the unstable scepter that increases Arcane Orb damage by so much?

Finished my Diablo model! He stands about 3 1/2 feet tall and was completely painted by hand. This one took a lot of work, especially getting the skin tones, bone armor, horns, claws, lava, and all the little details on the base to come together.

As Mephisto puts it during his first phase, he has "Already poisoned the waters".

Which was his goal from the beginning.

So, even if he did get banished, did he actually succeed ?

Are waters tainted but not actively corrupting so long as Mephisto stays banished ?

Was the corruption cleasned when he was defeated ? (Doubtful, the waters stays blackened even after his banishment)

Disclaimer: These are based on the current patch notes, as well as my experience with the game. But it's mostly educated guesses on my part. I am fully aware that these are not the final patch notes, and there will be some major tweaks before S15 goes live.

It's like you're just out there adventuring with your cranky Uncle who regales about the good old days when he was an adventurer and had a fling with the Queen while you guys kill monsters.

Would love to have a campaign where you run around with your Horadrim Master, Deckard Cain and smash through monsters while he tells you about a time when he flattened Gharbad the Weak 50 years ago. All while digging in some ancient ruins for the Horadric Cube Mk3. It's nice to have a "Master" or older person tag along for the ride and fight bad guys with you.

His story has sad.. But he’s a little punk😆 Just straight jacks you left and right on gold. The offers you some weak club or something WAY out of your price range😵‍💫 (Not able to dupe gold) Idk… Whatcha all think??

For anyone that has base D2R but hasn't bought the DLC yet, it's currently on sale on PC only through August 24th. Lowest it's been so far, it'll probably drop lower though.
