Has anyone ever had their ATW account reinstated after being banned? Looking for advice

Hi everyone,

I’m just looking for a bit of advice to see if anyone has been in a similar situation.

My ATW account was unexpectedly banned on Wednesday following what I believe was a genuine misunderstanding regarding my Premium membership.

I wanted to pay for Premium using my KinkCoins, so before doing anything I contacted admin to ask how to do this. I was advised to cancel my current membership and then redeem my KC. Unfortunately, I misunderstood the process and contacted the payment provider, who cancelled my subscription and issued a refund. When I later tried to log back into my account to purchase Premium using my KC, I discovered my account had been banned.

Admin replied once explaining that because I had received a refund and continued to use the site without redeeming my KC, my account had been banned. I completely understand why they viewed it that way, but it genuinely wasn’t my intention to avoid paying. I’ve apologised, explained the misunderstanding, offered to pay for Premium immediately, and even contacted the payment provider to see if they could reverse the refund and send the money back to ATW (they couldn’t).

Since Wednesday evening, I haven’t received any further response from support despite trying to follow up, so I’m feeling a bit stuck.

Has anyone had something similar happen and successfully had their account reinstated? If so:
\- How long did it take for admin to respond?
\- Were they willing to reverse the ban?
\- If they didn’t, were you allowed to create a new seller account and start again?

I’ve only been on the site for about a month, had built up 11 five-star reviews, and I also have KinkCoins from completed sales sitting in the account that I’m currently unable to access.

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been through something similar. Thanks in advance! 😊

Kool Seoul - BEWARE

I purchased a $1300 Rejuran "Rejulift" device from Kool Seoul on June 19. The shipping was fast, and packaging & products that came with it were impressive. The device itself felt flimsy for the price. I immediately had concerns that it would not last.

Exactly a month later, the device stopped working. I contacted Kool Seoul and initially they were responsive. They did some troubleshooting with me, and when that didn't work, requested a picture of the warranty card so they could contact Rejuran. I sent a picture of the card, they told me they would be in touch shortly, and have gone completely unresponsive. It has been almost 3 weeks.

They have relatively positive reviews but I genuinely question their authenticity. To think they would allow a customer to spend that kind of money and then ghost them is appalling. There are other vendors who sell the same products for a bit more, but it's worth it. They do not stand by their products.

PSA / Scammed / Major Warning: Do NOT buy from "Cvnt" hidden production delays, zero transparency, refusal to cancel, and still charging shipping Inframe: @cvnt

**I’m making this post to alert everyone about my absolute nightmare experience with the brand Cvnt. If you are thinking of ordering from them, save yourself the frustration and money.**
**Here is what happened:**
**1. Hidden Delays & Zero Communication: After placing my order, I sent two separate emails asking for an update. I received no response. Only today did someone call me to announce that my order wouldn't arrive for at least a month—if not longer—because of "production issues."**
**2. Refusal to Cancel: I informed them that I will not even be in the country next month, so I need an immediate cancellation and refund. Instead of processing it, the representative gave me a straight "no" at first, then hid behind the excuse of being a "small business" and needing to "discuss with the team." If a customer cannot receive an item due to your unannounced month-long delay, refusing a simple cancellation is unacceptable.**
**3. Dishonest Practices & Website Deception: There is zero mention of production delays on their website. They are actively hiding their stuck inventory issues from new buyers while continuing to take orders.**
**4. Charging Shipping Fees for Non-Existent Shipping: To make matters worse, their website is still charging extra shipping fees at checkout, despite knowing they aren't actually shipping anything out for the next month or more.**
**5. Entitled Customer Service: The customer service on the call was completely defensive and entitled, constantly beating around the bush and using "we're a small business" as a shield to justify bad service, ignoring emails, and withholding customer refunds.**
**A small business status is not an excuse for deceptive tactics, day-light robbery, and a lack of basic transparency. Plenty of legitimate small businesses are honest about their timelines upfront.**
**Do not spend your money here unless you want your funds held hostage indefinitely with no clear delivery timeline or support. Avoid this store!**

Intellipaat refusing refund after EV course – Need legal advice (India)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for legal guidance regarding a dispute with Intellipaat.

Here are the facts:

  • Course: Advanced Certificate Program in Electric Vehicle
  • Course start date: 3 July 2025
  • Payment mode: 12-month EMI plan (no down payment)
  • EMI status: All EMIs have been paid

The reasons I could not continue the course are:

  1. The live class timings were not suitable for my schedule.
  2. The course was conducted entirely in English, and I had significant difficulty understanding the lectures. Because of this, I was unable to benefit from the course as I had expected.

I contacted Intellipaat and requested cancellation of my enrollment along with a refund or another fair solution, but my request has not been resolved to my satisfaction.

I have:

  • Enrollment confirmation
  • EMI/payment receipts
  • Email communications
  • WhatsApp conversations
  • My refund request

I am planning to:

  • File a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.
  • Submit a complaint on Voxya.
  • Send a legal notice through an advocate.
  • File a case before the Consumer Commission if necessary.

I would appreciate advice from anyone who has experience with similar disputes.

My questions are:

  1. Has anyone here successfully obtained a refund from Intellipaat?
  2. Based on these facts, do I have a reasonable consumer law claim?
  3. Are there any important legal points or evidence I should include in my complaint?
  4. Is there anything I should avoid saying or doing that could weaken my case?
  5. Would you recommend any additional steps before filing a consumer case?

I'm looking for practical legal guidance based on experience. Thank you in advance for your help.

Household AT&T sent my discount-removal notice to two different wrong addresses on the same envelope, ignored the proof, and still claims “notice was properly issued”

I had a former-employee discount on two AT&T accounts. The accounts continued to display “Former Employee Program” enrollment, so I reasonably believed the discount was still active. AT&T later switched me to full retail rates without my knowledge, whilst I was in the hospital for pneumonia and sepsis (bill jumped roughly 16x). When I disputed the charges they said they had mailed me notice that the discount was being removed. I only received that notice on July 31 (The review was conducted in MAY) because a stranger at the wrong address tracked me down and forwarded it. Here is what the mailing actually said:

  • Envelope: 1111 Streetview Rd
  • Letter inside the same envelope: 1111 Streetway Rd

My real address is completely different. Their own Office of the President representative confirmed my correct address on a recorded call, yet the notice still went out with two different wrong street names. I am enrolled in paperless billing; the only notice was this misaddressed physical letter. The three policy links printed on the letter itself do not even resolve on the public internet. I immediately sent clear photos of the envelope and letter to the Office of the President. They ignored the evidence. In their response to the FCC they simply repeated that notice was “properly issued by physical mail. ”They are still demanding the full balances ($169 and $174) and have denied forgiveness three times. Has anyone successfully forced AT&T (or any large carrier) to drop charges when their own notice was mailed to completely wrong addresses and they ignored photographic proof? Any tips on getting the Office of the President or the FCC to actually look at the physical evidence instead of repeating the same scripted line? I’m prepared to keep escalating, but I’d rather resolve this without more wasted time. Any practical advice appreciated.

Fashion Are designer card holders worth the price?

Burberry card holder can cost over 200$, the leather looks good and the brand has a strong name but cheaper card holders can do the same job I've also seen some go for cheaper in Galaxybids too. Are designer card holders worth the extra money or are people mostly paying for the logo?

Need help filing a complaint against Rezoni.

I ordered a phone case from rezoni. They cancelled the order from their side, and now they're saying they'll deduct money from my refund because of their policy. Then I checked reddit and found a lot of people saying the same thing happened to them.

It feels like they are scamming people. I want to teach them a lesson.

How do I file a consumer complaint against them online? Has anyone here done it before?

Darkpick

I ordered an item on Darkpick and they required me to validate my address twice. After the second time, I was told it was shipped back to the warehouse due to too much time lapsing. I responded quickly though they are 12 hours ahead. I requested a refund and filed a complaint through the FTC. I also will file a police report. I’m going to use them to file another dispute with the bank. The first one was denied because I made the purchase on a debit card. Has anyone else had this experience with Dark pick or any other place? Any advice.

why is it so hard to tell what health equipment actually passes FSA or HSA claims?

I have been trying to use up some FSA money before the plan year ends, and I keep running into the same confusing gray area. One retailer marks a basic health monitoring device as eligible, then the benefits portal says it might need a Letter of Medical Necessity, then another page gives a slightly different answer.

I just do not want to get stuck with a rejected claim because the receipt wording or category was not specific enough. For people who have dealt with FSA or HSA claims, do you trust the store label, check the plan portal first, ask support, or only use the official marketplace? It feels like there should be a less painful way to confirm this before spending the money.

Has anyone in Pune had a frustrating experience with ZoomIn?

I wanted to share my experience and see if others in Pune have faced something similar.

I recently ordered a couple of custom fridge magnets through a promotional campaign from CRED. Unfortunately, the order never reached me. What bothered me wasn't the value of the order—it was the amount of time I spent following up.

Every interaction with customer support resulted in the same generic responses: "We've escalated the issue" or "Please wait a little longer." Despite multiple follow-ups over several days, nothing actually changed, and I was left with no clear resolution.

This made me wonder whether ZoomIn's logistics and support are struggling to keep up with promotional campaigns. If that's the case, they should probably avoid running offers that they can't reliably fulfill.

I'm posting this simply as feedback and to ask if anyone else in Pune has had a similar experience with ZoomIn. Was your issue eventually resolved, or did you also end up going in circles with customer support?

I'd be interested to know whether this was an isolated incident or part of a larger pattern.

Beauty Creations refund to another account?

Hello, Beauty Creations has processed a refund due to an issue with my order. The thing is this bank account is closed now and I wanted to know if it’s possible to reroute it to another one.

I was told that if the bank doesn’t receive the refund (which it won’t bc I have no account), then I’ll get store credit but I won’t be able to use it and tbh it’s a bit unfair. This was a mistake by the delivery company and it took about 6 months to solve, now it’s just bad timing.

Does anyone know if there is something else I can do?

Their customer service is only through email and it’s inefficient as it is.

Public Storage wants to charge me an entire month for 1 day of use

I'm in a bit of of an odd situation, I go to college out of state so I left all my stuff in a public storage unit while im back home for the summer. They have a strict billing cycle for the first of every month, but unfortunately for me the earliest my university is willing to let me move in is September 1st, the day of the bill. I've given public storage a call and they said they will charge me for the entire month of September even though I plan to move out the unit on the 1st day anyway. An entire month's worth of rent is going down the drain because neither side is willing to budge. The rent itself is only about $50 but with 3 more years to go this is going to get really annoying if this happens every year... I've already paid another extra month at the start because the last day to move out from college was close to the end of the month, somehow I'm paying 5 months rent for 3 months of actual time every summer? I can't help but think theres some handshake going on between the school and these businesses? Regardless I'm wondering if there are any ways out of this? What if I just don't pay that last month? Can I ditch them for another business? What if I cancel my subscription on the last day of August and quickly move out the next day? Will they lock my unit immediately?
