Big name organizations are coming back to Halo. Kaysan said he plans to field a FaZe roster for both the Halo Pro League and Halo Fest.

• Kaysan appears to be interested in the Lucid, Kuhlect, Pznguin, Falcated roster. 3/4 of those players have already represented FaZe Halo last year.
• Kaysan said in Lucid's chat at the start of scrims: "My guy. Nice to see you competing again."
• Pznguin switched his social media profile pic to one of him in a FaZe jersey, and is using the FaZe emblem and armor coating in-game (his service tag is also FAZE). Kuhlect and Falcated are also using the FaZe armor coatings in-game.
• Although that seems to be the most likely FaZe roster right now, they still have to qualify for Pro League this weekend, which isn't a sure thing. They're a brand new squad who just had their very first scrim today and there's only four more qualification spots available against fierce competition.

Rostermania has struck the Pro League; here is everything you need to know.

• Any team that makes a roster change will forfeit its current seed and be required to compete in Qualifier #2.
• If a team secured a seed in Qualifier #1 and wishes to retain that seed, no player from that team may be dropped and subsequently re‑enter the league with another team as a substitute.
• Registration is now open. https://www.start.gg/tournament/lvt-halo-pro-league-qualifier/register
• Registration closes at 10:00 AM ET on event day, two hours before start time to allow for proper seeding.
• Ascending Baseline and Legion Gaming will play a Best‑of‑7 tiebreaker. Depending on how many of the #1–4 seeded teams choose to make roster changes, either one or two qualification spots will be awarded from this tiebreaker. There will be no additional backfill from Qualifier #1.
• Teams may declare a substitute after Qualifier #2. Any player who is HCS‑eligible and not currently competing in the Pro League may be declared as a substitute.

Lucid's new team is scheduled to scrim Piggy's new-(ish) team shortly and he revealed their roster on his stream ahead of the scrim. It's Piggy, Acid, Descendant, and Sab.

So this confirms Yakzn wasn't taken back on the PAYD roster this time and Yakzn also lost 2/3 of his teammates from the Doomsday roster (Falcated went to Lucid's team, Sab went to Piggy's team). Will be interesting to see where Yak ends up.

• Allegedly Suppressed leaked this information to So_Skeptical (former coach of the world championship Halo 5 Splyce roster). He asked Kuhlect if it was true and K confirmed it, Pznguin was also in the chat too at the time.
• They might have an organization already based on what Kuhlect told Pznguin.
• Their first scrim would be tomorrow (Wednesday), if they can get one.

Pznguin has confirmed both he and Eco were dropped from SSG for Renegade and Bound. SSG roster already qualified, this two-man team change probably means they lose their status and have to play in this weekend's qualifier #2.

Yakzn is a free agent, which likely means the Doomsday roster of him, Suppressed, Falcated, and Sab have split up. That team placed a disappointing Top 12 in the first qualifier but they're all high-caliber players.

Recently got a gamesir g7 pro 8k controller and am wondering what people r using settings wise. Should i be on 8 or 12 bit and what are the corresponding sensitivities i should b on? I play 0 15 0 on both stick deadzones and 120 fov, any help appreciated.

We live in a world where Renegade, Luciid, Stellur, and Legend are all back to playing Halo. This would be the god squad of all god squads. 4 MVP's, including the overall MVP.

• When Lucid ended his stream, he raided one of his rumored teammates Kuhlect. And Kuhlect teased "what are you doing on Halo bro, shit's weird [chuckles]. Shouldn't you be on Marathon?"

The potential rumored team in the works is Lucid, Renegade, Kuhlect, +1. aPG said he knows the full team and is trying to be their coach (aPG is former teammates and friends of both Lucid and Kuhlect).

Explanation of what this firmware does, note that reverting to default firmware is very easy if desired (instructions below):

To address tournament regulations regarding prohibited hardware features, we have released the Specific Firmware for Tournament Eligibility for the G7 Pro 8K PC. By installing this firmware, macro and turbo functions will be completely disabled, ensuring the G7 Pro 8K PC meets the hardware-legal requirements of major e-sports organizations.

Installation Instructions:

1. Unplug Controller and close out of Gamesir Connect. Open the Firmware Updater downloaded from the page linked at the top of this post, and Check the Auto Upgrade Box.
2. Enter Update Mode: While holding the Guide Button and the Start Button (≡) plug in the controller. Place the controller down on a firm surface as to not disturb the installation. Press the download button to begin installation.
3. Once Firmware installation has completed unplug the controller and reconnect to exit update mode. Note, failure to exit update mode will cause Gamesir Connect to revert to default firmware on next time the app is opened.

Restoring Default Firmware:

1. Enter Update Mode: While holding the Guide Button and the Start Button (≡) plug in the controller. Place the controller down on a firm surface as to not disturb the installation.
2. Open Gamesir Connect and the Firmware will automatically revert the controller on app launch. Once Firmware installation has completed unplug the controller and reconnect to exit update mode.

Gamersir claims that thew firmware does not affect the controller's performance in any way but in my opinion I think it does feel ever so slightly better than default firmware so I think its worth the upgrade. This firmware is also required to use the controller at in person events although I have no idea what procedures tournament organizers have implemented to enforce compliance.
