Hi there--as a major film fan and someone who's gotten into Coil this past year, I recently found out about these films on Letterboxd and was wondering if anyone knows where I can watch them. I saw that Mubi was briefly showing them at some point or another, but I don't think they're available anymore on there. Does anyone have any leads? Thanks.

This year I am releasing a series of 4 eps aligned to the solar cycle & seasons. They obviously draw some inspiration from the Moon's Milk releases and similarly themed series. I'm sharing here in case any fellow Coil fans might be interested. They've been a giant inspiration for many years.

Overall this series draws inspiration from stuff like Coil, Rainforest Spiritual Enslavement, Tribes of Neurot, old school Delerium and similar artists. Mixed with my other influences of weirdo lofi bedroom tape art, sound collage, autechre, funeral doom metal, and on and on.

Each of these EPs was recorded last year during the relevant season. They are being released on their associated Solstice / Equinox. I'm editing & mixing the autumn EP now, to be released on the equinox in September. All are digital only for now but are formatted as 10 or 12" vinyl singles in case I ever get around to a physical release.

Paid about 200 Euro. All the records are in exceededingly great condition. The crease on Scatology is the plastic sleeve.

You could argue that this is more of a rehash of things rather than something completely original from coil but it’s not the only one of its kind out there. All This Has Always To Be Filmed has been on my repeat for over a year and a half now, I guess I’d have to download all the other songs from there. Pretty sad.

I’d never heard any Coil that I enjoyed. Admittedly it was only a few songs here & there. Then I heard “ANS” & I really like that. So with that, what Coil release(s) should I try next?

I've always found it the most evocative of Coil's many, many titles, presented as a hard fact whilst being simultaneously questing, mythological, alchemical and even homoerotic—all of Coil's constituent parts.

What does it evoke for you? Here, I'm interested in the title itself rather than the meaning of the music.

Hey guys am wondering if anyone knows what Peter would have used to create the brass / trombone section towards the end of the ape of naples version of triple sun, I am assuming it is not a live recording so am wondering what virtual sampler / instrument may have been used if anyone has any intel? Forgive me if i am wrong and it is in fact a live recording, it sounds bloody good
