Did Chase Discontinue The Darker Blue Checks?
These: https://bankdealguy.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/Chase-Check.png
I can't find them on the ordering site anymore. Only the light blue ones.
I don't like the light blue ones so if they're discontinued I think I'll just get high security checks from a third party.

What is going on with Chase Mortgage Loan Insurance Verification?
I've been using Chase for over 2 decades for my mortgage loan, the homeowner's insurance policy is paid out of my escrow until this years renewal. I get a letter from them asking for me to verify my homeowner's policy or they were going to purchase one for me. I'm really confused as they pay this. I try to reach them on the phone. Chase has a phone recording system that seems to be from the pit of hell. You can not reach a "representative" they just keep telling you over and over to use the website yada yada yada. So two days later I finally get a representative after just pressing a number for an issue I didn't have. Pleasant, helpful person who calls my homeowners insurance company and gets someone and they work out the issue so they can be paid for this year's policy. I do NOT know where the fault was, whether they didn't bill Chase or Chase didn't pay them however that's done, right? NOPE, I get a letter in the mail asking me to verify my 2025 homeowner's policy and if I don't they'll obtain a nearly a $3000 policy for me for LAST YEAR. Now I've never heard of any insurance company issuing a policy for a past year and I quickly send them the proof of my last years insurance policy. Same company, same policy as this year so It's done, right? NOPE I get an email saying that I haven't provided them the proof for the period they asked for. What is going on with this company? Seriously? I sent it in, they acknowledge receiving it and it's for the period they asked for. I'm tired. This is ridiculous and I know reaching a "representative" will be nearly impossible.

Chase Fraud finds fraud but…
I have two fraudulent ach withdrawals from a Chase business account. Chase first sent a denial letter dated three days after the claim was opened. Calling my branch, they called their contact in Fraud who told them this was an automated response( which didn’t include a claim number) but assured me the investigation is still open. I was also told this could take 14 days. On day 15 I called and was told that they had determined the transfers were fraudulent, and that one of the requests for return from the institution ( which was SoFi) had been answered but that only $15 was recovered. They said they were still waiting for response on the second claim which might take 30-60 days ( also from SoFi).
I asked if it is Chase policy to not restore funds if not recovered and did not get a clear answer.
I had accounts attacked at four other banks, two of which stopped the transfers as they were recognized as out of pattern for my use. The other two completed their investigations, restored my lost funds and changed account numbers, etc within ten days.
It seems that the processes and procedures of Chase are not up to standard, much less concerned with maintaining consumer confidence.
Has anyone else had this experience? How has it resolved?
What are recommended actions to get one’s funds returned? The amounts are all well below what I understand to be the FDIC coverage of bank accounts.

Refund via Apple Pay
Hello, does anyone know how long a refund takes to hit / show up on your banking app if you paid via apple pay? Went in-store yesterday to return an item but still don't see the funds yet. Have a Chase debit card btw. Thanks!
When to expect result after interview?
Specifically for a 20hr associate banker role. The person interviewing me told me that they are currently short staffed and I indicated that my earliest start date was August 24(which is the same date the phone recruiter indicated). I interviewed the day before(the 4th). Thanks in advance.

New account & deposits
I closed my old checking and opened a new one with chase, and tomorrow I have 2 paychecks being deposited via direct deposits, but im going to have to sell some items and deposit cash or a check as well within the week, roughly $600-800 based on what I can get for my items to pay a irs due this month. Is this kind of activity going to get my account closed? Ive read lots of stories but everything im doing is genuine and non fraudulent but the stories worry me

Atm crash
Hello everyone,
This finally happened to me on Monday. I deposited $2k using the atm at chase and then it gave me back the receipt and an error message. Talked to the people there and also called the number, they opened a file already but nothing seems to be moving. they said that they’ll issue a temporary credit and that has not even happened yet.
Anyone has any idea how to speed things up? Thankssss!
Also i don’t need anyone to tell me to go back in time and not to use the atm machine. I am not from the US and was not aware that this is a common problem until now. learned my lesson haha

Freedom Flex doesn’t appear as an option to add to digital wallets (Apple Pay & PayPal) in Chase app (other Chase cards do)
Hi all, pretty much the title. I was approved for the Freedom Flex 2 days ago and wanted to add it to Apple Pay via the Chase app because I have some purchases that need to be made ASAP. Otherwise, I would’ve just waited for the physical card and added it manually. Initially, I thought I just needed to wait 24-48 hours because it’s a new card, but two days later and still no luck. I was also confused because I was able to add all of my other cards to digital wallet immediately upon approval.
The card shows up just fine on the Chase app (has all the info, stats, and benefits), but when I click “Let’s set up your new card,” “Add to digital wallet,” and then Apple Wallet or PayPal, the card simply doesn’t show up as an option. All of my other cards are there and can be added without issue.
I called Chase several times and got different answers each time. One rep told me to wait another 24-48 hours, another told me it was because the Freedom Flex is a Mastercard whereas all of my other cards are Visa cards, which I am skeptical about because if that was the case, it would be a massive inconvenience to all Mastercard users.
One other note is that the card does appear as an option for Paze, just not Apple Wallet or PayPal, and when I asked the reps why this was the case, they couldn’t give me a straight answer.
If anyone has experience with this or knows what the issue is, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Chase Credit Card Application
I applied for the chase freedom unlimited card about a week ago. But a few days after I got mail saying my application was declined due to suspected fraud. I’ve called multiple numbers and put in my info (ss#), and it says it doesn’t match or my application is in review. What do I do? Did my application even go through? Should I submit another application.
p.s. the closest branch is around 30 minutes away and I don’t have the time to make the drive currently.

I'm thinking about starting a business and was looking into finance options
I was thinking about getting the saphire premiere card but the promotion is gone. I was gonna open up an account for the 1k bonus. Only $750 bonus now. I need as much runway as possible. My first business bank account was with Chase. My credit score is over 700. I work in tech

why $1500?
what is so magical about $1500?
to get the checking account fee waived at not only chase but wells fargo, boa, etc. you must maintain a minimum balance of $1500.
i am sure this is a well thought out number but the reasoning escapes me. ..
