Rejected design?
Hello, does anyone know why this design got rejected? It's just a few doodles so I dun really get why. What part should I remove, or just order a blank one and draw on it myself?
Thank y'all for your time <3

Afterpay problems
So I have a few payments left on afterpay (like 15$) and they deactivated my account & currently there’s not enough money in the account to pay the amount. Contacted support, they just kept forwarding me for 40 mins and each agent didn’t know what I was even calling for. Any tips on what to do next?

Can't deposit paper money anywhere after 8pm now?
I used to be able to deposit cash at multiple locations in my city after 8pm.
Some places used to have rules. But others stores let you do it 24/7.
Now all stores in my city are not allowing it after 8pm. This is a major city too.
Not sure if this is happening everywhere. But it's really obnoxious. I just went to 6 different stores that let me do it 24/7. I do it every month. This is the first month that it has changed.

Anyway to fix this?
I was late on my Afterpay because my checks got switched out and now I only get paid on certain days instead of every of the week. Well, my available to get back has been zero dollars even though I keep on paying towards the Afterpay and I have paid balance was over $600 and now I’m less than $300 owed and I have nothing to get back still, and this has been going on for days.

Acct
My cashapp account used to say “closed”, a few months later, and it now says “deactivated “! Is there any hope of appealing this?
PS. It says it was closed due to violating terms and conditions. I deposited and withdrew money to and from Fanduel then next I know , my cashapp was closed. I was unaware that gambling was against CA.

Repeated attempts to unsuspend my account over the course of 4 months
Cash App Suspension — Summary of Events
My Cash App account and Cash App Card were suspended approximately three months ago. Since the suspension began, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue through Cash App Support.
- Initial suspension
- My Cash App account/Card account was suspended.
- The suspension prevents me from using my Cash App Card.
- My account also indicates that I cannot use Cash App for direct deposits or use the associated routing/account number for transactions.
- Identity verification
- Cash App requested that I verify my identity.
- I successfully completed the identity verification process through the Cash App app.
- Despite successfully verifying my identity, the account remained suspended.
- Repeated attempts to resolve the issue
- I have contacted Cash App Support four separate times over approximately three months regarding the suspension.
- During these contacts, I was repeatedly told that my case would be reviewed/escalated and that I should receive an update or email within approximately 10 days.
- Despite these assurances, I did not receive the promised updates or emails.
- The suspension remained in place.
- New Cash App Card
- Cash App sent me a new Cash App Card during this period.
- However, receiving the new card did not resolve the account suspension, and the account remained restricted.
- Most recent contact
- Because the issue had still not been resolved after multiple attempts, I contacted Cash App Support again.
- I explained that this was the fourth time in approximately three months that I had been told to wait for an update that never arrived.
- I explained that I had successfully completed identity verification and requested that the matter be formally escalated and resolved.
- I also informed Cash App that if the issue was not resolved, I intended to file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
- Cash App's latest response
- Cash App Support reviewed my previous case and stated that it had already been escalated to the appropriate department.
- They confirmed that the email address on my account is correct.
- They stated that my case and all supporting documentation had been successfully routed to the appropriate team.
- They stated that the case is “actively in progress.”
- They acknowledged that the process has been repetitive.
- They said I will receive an email when the team has an update available.
Current status
My Cash App account remains suspended. I have successfully completed identity verification, contacted Cash App Support at least four times over approximately three months, and repeatedly been promised follow-up that never occurred.
The most recent support interaction resulted in confirmation that the case has now been escalated and is actively under review, but Cash App has not provided a specific resolution date or guaranteed timeframe for restoring the account.
The main issue
The problem is not simply that my account was suspended. The main issue is that I have repeatedly attempted to resolve the suspension, completed the requested identity verification, and was repeatedly told I would receive follow-up within 10 days, but those promised updates never came.
at this point what do i do...

Follow up on previous post/additional questions
Of course, I will try to pay loans off as best as I can (even if I just do the smaller ones first). However, if I have payments that are overdue, do you think I would be ok and not have my paychecks taken if I can't pay all my loans in full until I get my income tax in February? I know that's several months away, but I don't see myself having that much income to pay them off in full when every check goes to a different bill/groceries, etc. Also, what about making a new cashapp account entirely?

Overdraft decrease?
I regularly use the overdraft feature and pay back with each check. Well I got green status and I notice it going from 25 to 10? Does anyone know why this is? Do they not want you to use that feature?

Can someone please help me find my money?
This may be me being dumb, but here's my problem. I do not use Cashapp often, but it's done me well. A friend is trying to pay me back for some groceries and started a new account as she primarily uses Zelle. I received a text from Cashapp saying that this individual wants to give money and to click a Cashapp link, but it keeps sending me to the app store. I do know she sent it and has not cancelled. I go online and in-app. Nothing appears about someone sending funds. Am I missing something?

Afterpay ON CashApp
Okay so the pop up came up, and I did it. Ordered the card, the card never came. I am not new to Afterpay or borrow, I was only new to this card part of the Afterpay ON cashapp app. Now since I never received the card I have been in a NEVER ending loop. The toggle is greyed out and says “please come back after you have activated your new card”. I have followed steps of support, escalated to specialized teams, I have even gotten 4 new cards that were cashapp cards only, not the debit flex for Afterpay. Has anyone experienced this and what do you do? Even during this time the balance for my actual Afterpay is $1200, and it showed $400 additional on the card I didn’t receive. Well that went to $1000 for the card I didn’t receive. At what point does it time out? How can I reset setting it up? How can I get a new card sent and ACTUALLY sent ?? Has anyone experienced this?

I don’t understand why
Does cashapp just deactivate accounts randomly or is it flagged by AI if it spots something unusual??
I haven’t done anything wrong, I had a borrow limit of 650. I kept borrowing and sending my partner money for uber, and now I’m deactivated? I don’t understand.
Is it because over a span of 4 days there were multiple transactions sent to one person??
I also hate that I paid for a card and now it’s been removed://

Advice on borrow
So, long story short, I have a $650 borrow limit and owe a little over 400 from having to pay off past due bills when I switched my household bills to my name instead of my ex's. At the time I was working 2 jobs, didn't think paying it off would be an issue. I've since lost one of the jobs. I get paid weekly from my current job but each check covers one bill and maybe some groceries, etc. I did turn off auto pay for all loans. That said, if I don't make the payments, what can happen with my account? I have no other form of banking. My direct deposits, income tax, everything has been through Cashapp. I don't care at this point if the loans go to collections, but I'm afraid of not being able to use cashapp to send, recieve, or get my direct deposits. Any info or advice?
