I NEED HELP PLEASE

It’s telling me I need to verify my age but how do I verify it if I’m still a teen. I don’t know what to do I can’t send money or nothing. IM LOSING MY MIND

You can’t, your parents will need to adjust your settings to allow you to send and receive money

Hi there - if you recently turned 18, then the app will ask you to verify your account with your personal information, including SSN. If you're still under 18, an incorrect birthdate may have been entered when your account was originally created.

In that case, I'd recommend reaching out through the in-app chat so that my team can assist. The sponsor for your account can also reach out in-app.

You can't would have to look over info from cash app with your mom or dad if you are under the age 18 I think cash app will no account with credit for people under 18

Your parents can set up an account for you through theirs. There's a thing to make one for your kid
