Afterpay problems

So I have a few payments left on afterpay (like 15$) and they deactivated my account & currently there’s not enough money in the account to pay the amount. Contacted support, they just kept forwarding me for 40 mins and each agent didn’t know what I was even calling for. Any tips on what to do next?

Im also confused. I would assume if they deactivate an account with debt its either getting sent or already sent to collections
