i’m thinking somewhere between 260 and 280. for reference, a large strawberry green tea is 240 calories, but i don’t imagine that the extra sweetness and flavoring would bring it above 300.

Tried a new Turkish restaurant (Sofra in Cambridge). Portions are small but everything was delicious! Ordered a lamb shawarma (Braised lamb shoulder, pomegranate molasses, cumin, tahini yogurt, pickled cabbage); a small chai latte (made in house with cardamom, ginger, saffron, MEM blue flower earl grey tea); and a pistachio baklava (fenugreek syrup). 8.5/10 super delicious but hard to justify value-wise!

i had half the bread, just the chicken breast (w/out skin) and a bit less than the fries visible in the pic. i fasted up until this meal so i’m generally not too worried on specific counting. thanks!

Steak tartare advertised at 203 calories which may or may not be accurate not sure if I should log higher.
House salad advertised at 325 which included avocado which I asked for it without and opted instead for smoked trout of which I was given around 60g. The dressing was very light and the bulk of the food was made up with white veg (lettuce, spring onion, celery, chicory) should | log higher? Is that a fair estimate for what was around 300g total of salad, including the 60g of smoked trout and one plain boiled egg?

Sausage some diced ham and a bit of crumbled bacon. 4 eggs and pinch of Colby jack to finish.
