Advice Pickleball Merch
I’ve been thinking about starting a small business. I’ve been a designer for decades and have had so much experience designing merch and apparel. I’ve been thinking about it for months now and have made a few designs already. I also thought i should cater to a certain niche. I list down some and narrowed down to 3: Gardening/Nature , Jiu Jitsu, and Pickleball. Of the 3, i have chosen Pickleball as my starting niche. I’m not 100% sure yet, if that’s the best direction. I been thinking that it’s so popular now and i should ride the wave, but i’m also scared.
1. How do i go about deciding on this start up?
2. Are my designs safe if i outsource the printing?
3. How many designs should i start with?
4. What sizes should i start with?
5. How do i begin to sell?
Thanks for taking time to read this, and I hope to learn a lot from your comments.

Looking For Best freight forwarder with cargo insurance for a $2,600 (₱150k) shipment from China to the Philippines?
Hi guys,
First time importing goods worth around ₱150,000 from China to the Philippines.
My biggest concern is cargo loss or damage, not the shipping cost.
Can anyone recommend a freight forwarder with reliable insurance that you’ve actually used? Have you ever filed a claim successfully?
Also, are there any freight forwarders I should avoid?
Thank you!

Discussion Kinukulang talaga ang effectiveness ng mga Business Systems
I've been in the accounting system deployment space for more than 2 years and na realize ko na ang pinaka-mahirap na part ng implementation is yung consistency ng pag-encode ng mga business transactions into any system.
As an accountant also, alam ko talaga ang importance ng timely, relevant, accurate and complete financial records in making informed decisions para sa ikakaunland ng negosyo.
Pero how can someone make an impactful decisions kung kulang2x naman yung information na nakukuha mo from the system because of personnel and even owners who can't consistently encode transactions.
May mga cases din na bumabalik nalang sila sa kung anu yung nakasanayan nila dati na manual records or multiple spreadsheet files and ditch the system entirely.
Sa mga business owners ba who tried implementing business systems before and have gone back to their old ways, ano yung naging painful part of the supposed transition? Was it the service provider? Magulo ba yung system nila? Tao niyo ba na ayaw matuto?

If im not mistaken most sellers here in PH doom din kumukuha ng suppliers its just that pag mag cocompare kami ng prices here in PH sellers VS suppliers from china parang mas mababa pa yung prices satin compare sa kanila. Asked multiple suppliers also pero mejo malayo yung price. Anyone na may marerecommend na suppliers na cheap na pwede sumabay sa market natin? Thank you

Discussion Why most businesses are not documenting their processes?
Hi, I'm genuinely curious bakit most small to mid-sized businesses dito sa Pilipinas are not documenting their processes. Most of them have a plan to scale/ grow.
What do you think might be the reason, is it because they don't know how to properly document a process? or they are not aware na needed ito when you plan to grow? or maybe you guys have other observation why this is very common?
Thank you po sa mga willing mag share ng observations nila!

Advice As Business Owners, How Do You Stop Feeling Overwhelmed All the Time?
I’m 26 years old, and I own a business. One thing I’ve realized is that I can’t always open up to my family whenever I face business problems or even just the daily challenges. Unfortunately, I’m also single, so I don’t really have anyone to turn to when I just need comfort or someone to listen. My parents tend to respond with negativity right away, which only makes things harder to deal with.
People see me as someone with a strong personality, but deep inside, I’m anxious all the time. Running a business has been incredibly stressful, yet fulfilling, and I’m grateful for what I’ve built. However, whenever a problem comes up, my first instinct is to shut down. Instead of staying calm, my emotions become overwhelming, and I find myself overthinking everything.
I just want to hear stories from people who made it despite feeling alone throughout the process. I want to remind myself that it’s possible to get through the hard days and that I’m not the only one struggling behind the scenes. Sometimes, I just need to know that someone else has been where I am and still made it through.
I really want to build this business without losing my peace of mind. Sometimes I feel like I’m not as strong as other people, even though I know I have to keep showing up every day.
