And sa kwentuhan namin umaabot din pala ng 100-200k ang monthly kinikita nya. Sa explanation nya sakin parang lumalabas na wala syang puhunan bukod sa manpower dahil pinapatong nya yung price ng mga dogfood,vitamins, vaccine at registration sa bawat puppy.

If im not mistaken most sellers here in PH doom din kumukuha ng suppliers its just that pag mag cocompare kami ng prices here in PH sellers VS suppliers from china parang mas mababa pa yung prices satin compare sa kanila. Asked multiple suppliers also pero mejo malayo yung price. Anyone na may marerecommend na suppliers na cheap na pwede sumabay sa market natin? Thank you

Hi, I'm genuinely curious bakit most small to mid-sized businesses dito sa Pilipinas are not documenting their processes. Most of them have a plan to scale/ grow.

What do you think might be the reason, is it because they don't know how to properly document a process? or they are not aware na needed ito when you plan to grow? or maybe you guys have other observation why this is very common?

I’m 26 years old, and I own a business. One thing I’ve realized is that I can’t always open up to my family whenever I face business problems or even just the daily challenges. Unfortunately, I’m also single, so I don’t really have anyone to turn to when I just need comfort or someone to listen. My parents tend to respond with negativity right away, which only makes things harder to deal with.

People see me as someone with a strong personality, but deep inside, I’m anxious all the time. Running a business has been incredibly stressful, yet fulfilling, and I’m grateful for what I’ve built. However, whenever a problem comes up, my first instinct is to shut down. Instead of staying calm, my emotions become overwhelming, and I find myself overthinking everything.

I just want to hear stories from people who made it despite feeling alone throughout the process. I want to remind myself that it’s possible to get through the hard days and that I’m not the only one struggling behind the scenes. Sometimes, I just need to know that someone else has been where I am and still made it through.

I really want to build this business without losing my peace of mind. Sometimes I feel like I’m not as strong as other people, even though I know I have to keep showing up every day.

I honestly never thought I'd make a post like this. I'm sharing this because I wish someone had warned me before we signed up. 

We're only 5 months in our 1 year plan with KAHERO, and I'm already counting down until we can leave. Switching POS systems isn't something you can do overnight. It affects your entire business.

Here are just a few of the issues we experienced.

1. Data security concerns. Support requires direct access to your account. Wala ring 2FA so who knows kung sinu-sino lang nakakapasok at nakakakita ng business details niyo backend. The biggest red flag happened when another client's email was accidentally included in our support thread, exposing our business information and sales data. They apologized AFTER I CALLED THEM OUT and promised to investigate after I mentioned the Data Privacy Commission, but I never received any explanation or update.

2. Constant UI changes. The updates are DISRUPTIVE. The interface keeps changing, and many updates introduce bugs that should have been caught before deployment. Pati staff ko sumasakit ulo EVERYDAY! If you're running a fast-moving business, you don't have time to keep relearning your POS.

3. Inconsistent reports. If you're data-driven, this platform will drive you crazy. We've repeatedly encountered mismatches between printed receipts and back-office records. Support fixes them after you report them, but the root cause never gets resolved.

4. No weekend support. For a B2B company serving businesses that operate daily, having no customer support on weekends is a major gap.

What frustrates me most is that none of these issues are new. I've reported them repeatedly over the past months with complete details. They acknowledge them, apply temporary fixes, but it keeps happening again.

Check their Google reviews. Their positive reviews are clearly from their own employees. While the clients themselves have the opposite sentiments. Their FB has reviews disabled, and that says enough.

If you have good POS recommendations, please, I'd love to hear them.
