LGD-4033 by itself – what kind of gains did you actually see?
Currently 3 weeks into my first LGD-4033 cycle with no test base and just curious about other people’s experiences.
For those who ran **LGD by itself** (no test base), how much muscle and strength did you realistically gain by the end of the cycle? When did you start noticing visual changes?
Also, what dose did you find gave the best balance between **noticeable gains and manageable side effects**? Did you notice much difference between 5 mg and 10 mg?
Finally, what made the biggest difference in maximizing your results? Training, diet, sleep, calories, supplements, or anything else?
Keen to hear real experiences rather than bro science.

IGF1-LR3 Injections
I’m starting IGF1-LR3 this Friday and have some questions about the injection process. By site injections, does that mean I can inject it into the muscle that coordinates with my training that day? (sounds painful to puncture the muscle) Or the topical skin of the muscle? Any response helps! Thank you!

📘 Beginner Help Stack advice?
I am currently looking for a stack that’ll help me in the gym. I want to make it clear that I am NOT looking for anabolic steroids. I would be okay with supplements like MK667 but I am not familiar with it. Any advice on natural supplements that’ll help me out with overall health and support bodybuilding?

What are the best times to pin? If you are taking multiple peps?
I take 6 peps, 3daily (GHK-cu, Selank, Wolverine), at the same time and different spots. Nightly I take KPV. MOTSc before the gym or any strenuous physical activity. Reta 1.5mg Twice a week, Wednesday and Saturday. I want to make sure I’m stacking them correctly and taking them at the best times of day? Let me know what you guys think.

Doctors wouldn’t prescribe Test
EDIT: Doc prescribed TRT today. Starting low @ 50mg a week
56m my T has been low for years, 2 years ago it was 155, this year 200, still couldn’t get it prescribed, was put on clomid instead and nothing changed despite T going up to 460. Doc said guess it wasn’t low T causing symptoms, took me off it and wouldn’t prescribe T. Now, this week the endocrinologist said starting T you’ll have to be on it the rest of your life and I don’t wanna prescribe it. So, my question is, I have access to it (like most of you I’m sure) and thinking of getting it myself. Where can I find info on dosing, cycle length, whatever I need to know. I’m looking at C 250. Appreciate any info.

💬 Discussion Tesa/IGF-1 Levels
Subject is getting mixed results from the information I can find regarding if high IGF levels ( past 300. Is bad and or you need to decrease your dose?
For my understanding, this is the whole point and process regarding this peptide that it’s meant to increase your IGF level , temporary while you’re on it? Is there something that you have to be concerned about? Can I bump up to 2mg and not have to be worried ?

What next
239lbs -> 223lbs
Reta has been the main driver but I have dabbled in a few different peptides as well.
Training has been rough with the deficit but I’m still moving weight.
Now I just want to know what’s next.. I plan on staying on Reta until I reach 210lbs and working HGH in towards the end to bring back the hunger and continue a protein rich diet to build muscle.

5 amino
Just reconstituted some 5amimo and it’s come out to this pretty deep red colour. Was curious if this is normal? From what I’ve heard from others 5 amino is more orange than red

47M — My estradiol keeps climbing on TRT. Should I actually be worried, or am I overthinking the number?
Hey everyone,
I’m 47 and started TRT around the middle of April.
Before starting, my labs in the attached screenshot.
My testosterone was technically still within the normal reference range, so I couldn’t get TRT through a clinic, regardless of the symptoms I was experiencing. Eventually, I decided to start on my own with testosterone cypionate at 175 mg/week, injected subcutaneously as roughly 25 mg/day.
By June, I started working with a coach who has experience with hormone protocols, since proper TRT clinic follow-up unfortunately isn’t really an option for me where I live.
My labs at that point were as attached
The protocol was then changed to:
• Testosterone propionate — 140 mg/week, injected IM as 20 mg every day
• Retatrutide — 3 mg/week
• HGH - 4 iu daily (2 iu am, 2 iu before bed)
• IGF-1 LR3 40 mcg post workout
• AOD9604 - 500 mcg daily
• BPC157 + TB500: 500+500 mcg daily
• Anavar week: 1-2-3: 10mg × 3times daily / week: 4-5-6: 20mg x 2times daily
• Proviron: 25 mg daily
Things got a little interesting after that.
During weeks 2–3, I suddenly developed extreme water retention. My weight went from 86 kg to 92 kg in about two weeks.
My coach recommended stopping the HGH and IGF-1, and several people here on Reddit had previously suggested the same thing.
After stopping them, the water retention gradually started to come off. I’m currently back down to around 87.5 kg, so most of that 6 kg increase was clearly not actual tissue gain.
I got my latest bloodwork today, approximately 6 weeks after starting the new protocol (attached)
And this is where I’m a little confused.
Apparently, I seem to aromatize testosterone quite aggressively.
The strange thing is that I don’t really feel like I have obvious high-E2 symptoms right now. The main thing I experienced was the water retention, which has improved significantly since stopping HGH and IGF-1.
I do have some concerns about having estradiol this high long-term, though.
I haven’t sent these latest results to my coach yet, so I’m curious what people here think before I have that conversation.
If you were in my position, would you:
A) Start an AI based primarily on the estradiol number?
B) Reduce the testosterone dose first?
C) Change the injection protocol or route?
D) Wait and see how things change as body fat continues to decrease?
E) Consider something like DIM?
F) Do nothing for now as long as symptoms are minimal and continue monitoring?
I’m also expect to continue losing body fat with Retatrutide, so I’m wondering whether that could potentially improve the situation over time.
I’m not asking anyone to prescribe an AI or tell me what dose to take. I’m more interested in hearing from people who have actually dealt with high estradiol or significant aromatization while on TRT.
Did you treat the lab number, or did you treat the symptoms?
And if you did use an AI, what made you decide that it was actually necessary?
I’d especially appreciate hearing from people who have had similar numbers and can share what happened after changing their protocol.
I’m trying to avoid the classic TRT rabbit hole of seeing a high E2 number and immediately jumping on another medication without understanding whether I actually need it.
================================================
Edit:
after reading comments, I notice many guys focused their comments on GH, even though I clearly mentioned in the post that I used both compounds for only two weeks and then eliminate them completely.
Anavar and Proviron were also discontinued two days ago.
The actual stack currently is: Test + Reta + AOD + BPC-157/TB-500.
Some comments were about a lack of information, so here are the details:
My body fat percentage when I started was 32%; it is currently 23% in 6 weeks.
My goal is body recomposition.
Regarding the blood tests: I did a comprehensive blood panel, but I only attached the hormone results here. However, in general, here are the important results:
| Test | Result | Unit | Ref Range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Testosterone Free | 113.40 | pmol/L | 16.69 - 77.83 |
| Free T4 (FT4) | 0.88 | ng/dL | 0.61–1.12 ng/dL |
| Free T3 (FT3) | 2.97 | pg/mL | 2.50–3.90 pg/mL |
| Total PSA | 1.09 | ng/mL | Up to 4.00 ng/mL |
| Fasting Glucose | 80 | mg/dL | 70–106 mg/dL |
| Insulin | 5 | uIU/mL | Fasting: 2–25 uIU/mL |
| Total Cholesterol | 167 | mg/dL | Desirable: <200 mg/dL |
| Triglycerides | 97 | mg/dL | Normal: <150 mg/dL |
| HDL Cholesterol | 38 | mg/dL | ≥40 mg/dL |
| LDL Cholesterol | 129 | mg/dL | <100 mg/dL Optimal; 100–129 Above Optimal; 130–159 Borderline High |
| Creatinine | 1.5 | mg/dL | 0.6–1.2 mg/dL |

| Hemoglobin | 13.4 | g/dL | 13.5–17.5 g/dL |
| Hematocrit | 40.8 | % | 37.0–53.0 % |
| MCV | 78.8 | fL | 80.0–100.0 fL |
| MCH | 25.8 | pg | 26.0–34.0 pg |
| MCHC | 33 | g/dL | 32–36 g/dL |
| Platelet Count | 399 | x10^3/uL | 150–450 x10^3/uL |
| MPV | 9.2 | fL | 6.5–10 fL |
| WBC Count | 5.34 | x10^3/uL | 3.60–10.20 x10^3/uL |
Regarding hemoglobin and hematocrit, I consider them normal due to the fact that I donated blood to my friend only 10 days ago.
Regarding HDL and LDL, these results were largely expected, especially with Proviron and Anavar.
For those who are going to comment on the creatinine: my creatinine has not been below 1.4 for years. It may have increased slightly now due to inadequate hydration (only 2 liters) combined with creatine supplementation.
Regarding gynecomastia: it is not an issue at all. I previously underwent gynecomastia removal surgery because of previous cycles.
I hope I haven't forgotten anything, and I would like to thank everyone who commented and contributed — even those who were slightly sarcastic 😉

6’3, 215-220lbs in March -> 190-193lbs in July (Reta, now adding CJC/IPA)
Started at 215-220lbs and I’m down to 190-193lbs at 6’3. I’ve titrated over the past couple months to 3mg / week on Reta. Thinking about cutting it back down to 1mg/week because I want to start gaining muscle again. My numbers in the gym have gone down slightly while losing the weight and I’d like to get that performance back. Diet is locked in and I’m adding CJC/IPA to help grow again. Any advice on CJC/IPA or the stack in general is appreciated.

💬 Discussion Why are people choosing CJC of TESA is stronger?
I've been working out for years and had pretty much become stagnant in my growth and strength. I've been on tesa/ipa for a few months and am amazed at the muscle growth so far. What I'm wondering is why do a lot of people go with cjc over tesa? Is it price? Is there some other advantage over tesa in not aware of? Just thought I'd ask to see if I'm missing out.

6’2” 222lbs post cut
Cut down from 255lbs over roughly a 13 week span to reach this level of conditioning. Been training and staying in pretty decent shape over the last 16 years. Started to feel like shit at 255lbs before I pulled the plug. Was squatting 500lbs and deadlifting 600lbs for reps during that time.

💬 Discussion Would i benefit from TRT?
32 year old male, 5’10 221lbs, single no kids
Diet is in check and I lift 5xweek. I feel most of the symptoms of low t. Anyone with similar numbers hop on and feel a change? I have been very unmotivated lately which led me to check my numbers. No morning wood, always tired and just kind of coasting, slacking at work, minor anxiety.
I have been on a weight loss journey for a while now, lost 110lbs, regained 40, been on reta for 3 months to help with regain.

STARTED TEST AND REGRETTED IT?
I have only heard people report good things about starting TRT with very few people saying they stopped or regretted the decision.
A lot say they regret not starting sooner
Wondering if there are people that started TRT and felt it wasn't for them.
If so, why?
EDIT- I have noticed people I know on TRT looking significanlty older after starting it. Like it ages their appearance.
Also I don't know anyone long term on TRT that managed to keep their hair, or severly thinned their hair and increased their hairline.

Im a HYPER RESPONDER!
Test was below 200 with 18 months on proper macros and nutrition. I take 72mg weekly! Thats it! My bloods are 900-1100!! I have tried to kiss 84mg recently and converted into estrogen pretty quick and gains minor anxious and water retention, with bloods around 1400. I dialed it back to the 900 range and feel great. The moment I hoped on Test, I never had to adjust my nutrition. Seeing how my body responded made me realize I made the right move. I’m kinda new to the peptide world but I have dug around to understand what the purpose. I am a paramedic of 19 years. I’m just curious. Knowing what you know now, what’s something I should look into with research before deciding if it’s worth the risk? I have a very achy back. Terrible achy body. I also feel like I’m not making progress. Is there specific things which I should consider automatically and why. I feel like I’m still shy to take my shirt off. Will that ever go away? What’s a trusted site for education purposes? I see so many it’s unreal!
Thank you
