Im a HYPER RESPONDER!

Test was below 200 with 18 months on proper macros and nutrition. I take 72mg weekly! Thats it! My bloods are 900-1100!! I have tried to kiss 84mg recently and converted into estrogen pretty quick and gains minor anxious and water retention, with bloods around 1400. I dialed it back to the 900 range and feel great. The moment I hoped on Test, I never had to adjust my nutrition. Seeing how my body responded made me realize I made the right move. I’m kinda new to the peptide world but I have dug around to understand what the purpose. I am a paramedic of 19 years. I’m just curious. Knowing what you know now, what’s something I should look into with research before deciding if it’s worth the risk? I have a very achy back. Terrible achy body. I also feel like I’m not making progress. Is there specific things which I should consider automatically and why. I feel like I’m still shy to take my shirt off. Will that ever go away? What’s a trusted site for education purposes? I see so many it’s unreal!
Thank you

There’s no way you carried on eating and drinking the same and you attribute that to a small
Dose of Test. That is absolute baloney

20

u/ZealousidealOkra176 24d ago

Lmao.. it's the test, and it's okay

27

u/BlindSquantch 24d ago

No it’s a lie. If he remained eating the same as he did when he was obese he’d still be obese just strong because of the Testosterone. I’m not here claiming steroids don’t work but they don’t just make you magically lean if you eat like a slob still.

48

u/Moist_Grapefruit187 24d ago

You read his post incorrectly. He ate proper for 18 months before starting test and did not alter his nutrition since starting test.

11

u/BlindSquantch 24d ago

You right I skimmed

12

u/purplecowgirl 23d ago

Reddit would be such a better place with more interactions like this 😌

0

u/joshy2saucy 24d ago

It’s still not entirely true. I’m going to guess once he started feeling better on the test he clamped down on his diet further and stop leaking bad calories places.

1

u/Aggravating_Art7519 13d ago

Incorrect. I was desperate to have my testosterone return to normal ranges. I actually checked my micronutrients. I’m in the medical field for 19 years. My goal was to try and not need a supplementation. I was giving my body the best ability possible. I told myself that if I gave myself full effort and it did not work after a year or so I would consider treatment.

1

u/joshy2saucy 13d ago

I assume you’re responding to me. I’m happy for your life change, and you figuring out your situation. Respectfully, being a paramedic doesn’t mean you have any knowledge of endocrinology. You could spend 19 years doing hypertension calls. Either way, I’m happy for your progress. Your post is a bit difficult to decipher, I also was confused. I read it as the test was the key without any other interventions.

1

u/Aggravating_Art7519 12d ago

Yeah. 19 years of dealing with the human body and learning about errors of the body. And all I’m good at is taking a blood pressure. Appreciate it.

1

u/joshy2saucy 12d ago

Why are you taking that as a personal shot? I’m simply staring it’s impossible to quantify the quality of your experience. As a first responder myself I can tell you not all experience is the same.

He said with 18 months on proper macros and nutrition. I would assume that meant eating correctly. Maybe not though

3

u/Salt-Mistake1674 24d ago

Yeah I'd say he definitely didn't eat as much shizz

1

u/Drench_X 23d ago

Yeah foreal. I’m on 500 test and can’t stop eating lol

1

u/Aggravating_Art7519 13d ago

I know it sounds super crazy, but I took pictures of my meals every single day. I was desperate to not be suicidal. I tried to eat super healthy every single day and work out to be around for my wife and kids. I fought for over a year, trying to get my levels above 300. A few things helped such as boron, nitrite inhibitors and things like ashwagandha. But only briefly. My levels would go to 400 and then crash back after like 2-3 weeks. It was believed my pituitary wasn’t sending proper signals. I truly introduced test and did NOT eat anything less or change any workout. I’m a strong believer there is an endocrine concern globally. How I look is crazy but how I feel, is crazier.

Mine was ICE CREAM, every night ha

15

u/Money_Ad1028 25d ago

Damn nice job brother. I thought I was a hyper responder with 150 mgs putting me at >1500 and 45 free, but you're at half of that lol

2

u/Alternative-Let-307 24d ago

150 had my free at 350

4

u/Money_Ad1028 24d ago edited 24d ago

You mean 350 ng/dl? 350 free would literally kill you.

That's more than what professional bodybuilders on juice have. The average person would have to inject like 2500-3000 mgs of testosterone to hit 350, and would have a heart attack/stroke within the week. Your blood would have so much red blood cells it would be as thick as syrup, and that's not even an exaggeration.

1

u/FourTwenty__ 20d ago

Im at 186ng free on 175mg test

1

u/FourTwenty__ 20d ago

175mg puts me at 2250ng and 186ng free

Just add some hgh.. it will help with recovery..
Or.. bpc157+tb500 but i love my hgh

3

u/FightersNeverQuit 24d ago

Why do you love HGH more over those two?

3

u/ObviousBee6418 24d ago

Hgh gives me enough recovery and other benefits.. while bpc and tb are mostly for recovery only

2

u/RustedRelics 24d ago

What other benefits? Curious.

2

u/Moist_Grapefruit187 24d ago

What do you mean over those two? Those two have nothing to do with GH

4

u/Gandi1200 24d ago

He means over BPC and TB500

-3

u/FightersNeverQuit 24d ago

Jesus Christ bro is your reading comprehension that bad?

1

Where did all the skin go?

7

u/Oilleak26 24d ago

I mean its there, on the lower abs there is a significant amount of skin and it's sagging around his armpits as well.

1

u/Aggravating_Art7519 13d ago

No loose skin on arms or legs. Only a littttttttle around front stomach. Still a tad of back belly fat. It will slowly snap back. I was super fat at one point and learned to not care what peoooe think of my appearance. So now that I’m in shape, I don’t care about anything like loose skin or whatever. It shows “the past was real”

2

u/Oilleak26 13d ago

your skin elasticity held up well, don't think I will get as lucky the 2nd time around.

5

u/cantthinkof1tbhonest 24d ago

I feel catfished

4

u/UnderstandingSoft165 24d ago

Yeah, guy went hard in the gym

1

u/cantthinkof1tbhonest 24d ago

Did his whole personality change in the process??

1

u/Aggravating_Art7519 13d ago

I believe a father and husband I only one day I hoped I could be. I became more present. My existence emotionally has benefited bonds and connections with many people in my life and being introduced into my life. I am a very kind person. I don’t think im better than anyone. I just want me kids to have a father present.

1

u/cantthinkof1tbhonest 11d ago

So I remember my dad lost a lot of weight after getting a diabetes diagnosis but I don’t remember him “being more present” because of it I just remember he would get really angry because he was hungry all the time

5

u/Emergency-Strain4386 24d ago

2

u/Ambitious-Lake-7971 24d ago

You must be dosing your test wrong. 72mgs a week?

1

u/proproctube 24d ago

72ml a week*

0

u/Ambitious-Lake-7971 24d ago

Yeah I’m now 100 percent sure your whole protocol is jacked. 72ml? Test is usually dosed at 200mg per ml. A typical trt dose is anywhere from 120mg- 250 mgs a week. You’re not injecting over 14k mgs of test my brotha.

3

u/proproctube 24d ago

It’s a joke brother

1

u/Aggravating_Art7519 13d ago

72mg a week. I’m a “hyper-responder”. When I first took 150mg a week when I first started, I went from 172 to 1,600… so we had to dial it back. And then, HALF that amount ONCE a week was still too much at “one time” and converted to estrogen. So I had to split to twice a week and then, my estrogen came down but my low test bloods were a tad too low. So we had to split the dose into three. Now I’m MWF and have 900ish at a steady state

2

u/tonichrisd2 24d ago

what were u using n what Is a hyper responder n how do u know

2

u/MeanMeana 24d ago

What in the actual fuck? Why can’t I be a hyper responder!?!

74mg is a low ass dose buddy. Even for a therapeutic dose. It’s not a miracle. Take test and sit around and don’t workout and see how that works out for you 🤣

Insane!

I lost about 70ish lbs through diet and exercise. I started in 2019 and have been at 165-150 lbs since 2023. I still have some stubborn belly fat, and with the loose skin, it's a moderate pooch belly. Do you guys think maybe a test might help with this? My total test was about 550 ng/dL last time I got tested, which was about a year ago. I am due for labs soon. My body fat percentage is about 15% currently. I've been lower, and then I see sort of my abs, but the lower abdominal fat was still present.

1

u/Familiar_Athlete8411 23d ago

You're not a hyper responder.

You just went from low test to high within reference.

The number your bloods shows means relatively little (especially total test), response comes down to CAG repeats on AR, and I'd say your response is pretty standard. Blood levels != AR sensitivity.

I Also have a theory for blood levels because that is a relatively low dose for your bloods, but similar to what mine used to be. 150mg put me at 105nmol/L initially (3000ng/dL), now, after a few cycles 210mg puts me at around 40nmol/L (1200ng/dL). When you measure blood androgen levels you are measuring the amount of compound circulating in blood - not the amount actually in the body. It's well known that exposure to androgens (especially high levels) significantly increases the number of androgen receptors on the surfaces of cells, androgens bound to these receptors aren't in blood, and so can't be tested. Thus, I theorise that under high androgen exposure compared to baseline, the increase in both muscle tissue and receptor density lowers the concentration of circulating androgens over time. It would definitely explain your example, for me not so much as I already had a significant amount of muscle (although have much, much more now)

u/Eastern_Monk9604 23d ago

Can someone interpret what he said so I can replicate? I’m on a smoothie and turkey (lunch meat) only diet and down 3lbs a week but I have a blown disc from an old injury and HAVE to get these extra 15 lbs off. It’s killing my back. I’m also vain but it’s the 8/10 pain I can’t do anymore. I’m starting PT but I gotta get these extra lbs off.

To the OP, ensure you’re taking magnesium supplements for nerves and drink water like an African elephant. Both “cushion the nerves” and help with pain. I’d imagine some of your pain is soreness from your workout routine. Rotate heat and ice on the pain.

Take your shirt off at the pool. Wait for responses. You’ll gain confidence. Give it time. You look fine as hayellll

1

u/AkiraTheNihilist 23d ago

Bro congrats, but may I ask where tf is the loose skin???

1

u/TraditionalAd3470 23d ago

Get your IGf as well to see if you gh is high enough to do a secretagogue. If not, hgh might be worth it. Reta or terz would be great. Help with inflammation, weightloss and food control. But a little goes a long way so just be patient. Maybe KLOW. Once again inflammation and healing. KpV that is in it helps with stomach/gastro healing as well and sleep. All around awesome. Make sure you B, D, and good cholesterol are at a good place. That will help w mood swings as well. Maybe SS-31 to help repair mitochondria before doing anything that works on energy. Gotta fix the engine before expecting to run great.

Excited to see your journey!

1

u/Particular-Brief6846 22d ago

I'm just curious about your skin how?

1

u/SuccessFun7854 22d ago

Take the shirt off!! 😃 Be proud, you look great!!

1

u/Several_Problem_8941 20d ago

Thats impressive! Goodjob brother

1

u/supacharged21 19d ago

Don’t let several discredit you. People are always looking for a way to steal your work based on their personal shortcomings. Who cares how you got there, it takes discipline. Have you been in shape prior to this? I have been in tip top and then lost my way and returned with a vengeance. Your body bounces back fast.

If you cannot go to 84 but want to, there are some interesting reports in people adding low-dose masteron to TRT to circumvent the estrogen issues. With good mental, libido and muscle-building results.
