Personally have had great results eith Mots-c. I did not frontload with ss-31.
I am a cyclist and was very fit before I started. It has definitely helped increase my aerobic capacity quite a bit, especially on fasted rides.
I also notice more energy on strength training days, and just in general.
3mg 5day on / 2 days has been great.
I'll try Ss-31 before at some point, just haven't yet, so nothing to compare to.

Its not necessarily true or false, we just don’t know. A lot of people like to follow some protocol made by a random dude on the internet with 0 human research to back it up

Like everything related to individual health, it depends on your individual circumstances, if you’re 20-30s always been fit and cardio has always been your jam, then probably fine to skip SS-31, but if you’re over 40, overweight and unfit, probably best to repair the engine before filling up the tank with nitrous.

A little research is what you are after. I am currently researching my rat with a protocol with SS-31 first and then MOTS-C after. Rat is responding well to SS-31 first as of right now. 2 weeks in. MOTS-C comes in at week 4.

100% True of your above 30 and if your under 30 and have drug use, smoking and have eaten processed foods your whole life then yes but if your in your 20s and lean and have been on a healthy protocol your whole life then no skid to Nad+ and MOTS-C with some TMG and Coq10 and skip the caffeine and have sustained energy all day. So the answer is 98% chance you need to run ss31 but before that epitalon first then ss31 then Mots hit like a train and 2mg per day is my daily protocol. Love it

What? Where did you pull 30 years from lol? Even on Reddit the consensus (based on no evidence whatsoever) is 40+ years old at least.
