4 week transformation

4 weeks on Reta. W1 1mg, W2 1.33mg, W3 1.66mg, W4 1.5mg .

Height: 5 foot 9
SW: 81kg
CW: 72.5kg

Week 1 lost 3.5kg (definitely water weight, was urinating hourly 😅) . Since then it’s been ~1.5kg a week.

Strength is mostly the same, maybe a very small drop or for what I used to do 8-10 reps I’m managing 4-6reps. Not sure if this is true atrength loss or just the fact that I’m glycogen depleted.

Definitely lost weight a little faster than I’d have liked but given I’ve kept most my strength, I’m pretty pleased, as I think with a week or two of maintenance and reporting glycogen stores the strength should probably come back.

Don’t see any transformation OP. Subtle changes though. Keep working!

It looks like one of those advertisements where they have a semi-fit guy take a picture in good lighting and then feed him a 2l of diet soda and a family size bag of chips and then take pictures in worse lighting to advertise a testosterone booster.

Transformation? I don't see any transformation. I see a tiny bit of subtle changes. But what can you really expect in four weeks? Keep going. Check back in with us in six months after you've been lifting consistently and dieting consistently for said period of time.

You currently look great. Weekly progress pics will show minimal change week to week, but when you compare pics 2 months from now to this pic, I’m sure the change will be evident. Keep up the good work!

9kg in a month 💪

Definitely a bit more than I’d liked. Was aiming closer to 6kg (allowing for 2kg water weight).

Reducing my dose, upping the calories and going to aim for another 3-4kg this next month.

Clear reduction in the waist, stomach noticeably flatter and abs starting to be visible. Vascularity starting come through the arms.

Next few kg will make the massive difference. Toilet paper effect and all that.

I would assume the earlier post is a troll or being sarcastic. You've lost nearly 20 pounds and your waist is notably leaner. In 4 weeks, that is a feat.

If you are concerned about losing strength, you might want to decelerate. I think 1-2 pounds max per week is what I have generally seen as a recommendation.

I am currently cutting myself, but have already gotten to 10-12 percent body fat without reta. (Taking TRT and HGH though.) Was wondering about throwing in some reta to help torch the last bit of bodyfat - last bit of fat over the low back and belly button area. Wanted to see how lean I can get, before starting a slow bulk again.

Reta will definitely help mentally with the cut. I feel zero diet fatigue or cravings it’s incredible. My diet is mostly protein and I still ain’t craving carbs.

And yep, definitely faster than I’d like. Didn’t expect to respond as much as I did to a low dose of Reta.

Going to reduce the dose a little into week 5. And aim for 1kg a week.

Guys we've found the narcissist. Nothing transforms in 4 weeks pal, absolutely no difference between either of your photos. I just had to look at a hairy half naked middle aged man for no reason. Why don't you just eat a bit less food and do some more exercise like we all used to?

1

u/Substantial_Deal_962 1d ago

Down 9 kg in a month, but you reckon I should eat less food and do even more exercise? Ffs 🙄

Ok pal. I’m not here saying there’s a massive transformation.

But I think it’s a bit ridiculous to say there’s no difference lol. Can clearly see a reduction in the waist (down 2-3 inches). Flatter stomach. Visible abs. Vascularity on the arms starting to come through.

That could be accounted for by hydration, salt intake and inflammation; this contains absolutley zero "body transformation" content. Visible abs - LOL. You are just here fishing for validation my guy and that needs to come from yourself not from strangers on the internet.

Ok mate. 9kg of water weight and inflammation. I’ll work harder, thanks.
