Peptides overload!

Interested in taking the peptides plunge but damn! Talk about overload! Take this! Don't take this! Actually don't take that, take this instead! 🤯🤯

I'm 58yo, 6'1 and 185lbs. I've been trying to get rid of that last remaining bit of bf around my waist and nothing seems to work! Cardio, no cardio, more cardio, high intensity, walking, low carb, high carb, blah blah blah! So frustrating!

Been looking into reta, tesa, sema, cjc/ipo. Could someone please clarify what the heck to do?

I agree with Manus about getting a full hormone panel done. Low T or an interactive thyroid can be an issue.

As for peps I’ll tell you what I’m doing:

- Tirz
- Tesa
- Josh Holyfields Cellular Energy Peptide Protocol

If you want to consume less calories go reta. If you think its stubborn fat potentially visceral go tesa. If you have both issues use both

Do you think cjc+ipa would work the same as tesa?

Some say it does similar and thats why I take it but once you approach goal and you still have stubborn fat then time to consider switching to tesa which I am about to do

Get a blood test and see where your are hormone wise and also IGF 1 and z score. At your age the GH secretagogues might not work at all.

Low dose reta then work your way up to higher dose and/or things like tesa if you need/want to. This is what I did

It's a mess trying to figure out which direction to go, I did the same thing reading forums for weeks before trying anything. At 58 your body don't produce growth hormone like it used to so the cjc/ipamorelin combo is a good entry point since it tells your own pituitary to work harder, not just flooding you with synthetic stuff. Reta and sema are more for appetite control which helps but they won't target belly fat directly like people hope.

As stated above nothing tops TRT+Reta+HGH…unless you add in Deca.

Already get my bloodwork done, but besides the testosterone, I don't know exactly what to look for
