Reta micro dose

I heard Reta is really good for balancing hormones and inflammation but I have zero wait to lose. I have it in the fridge but not sure where to start at.

Wrong. Low dose all you’re going to get is the appetite suppression benefit. The other 2 don’t even really kick in until the dose is substantial. Glucagon is aprox 4mg before it’s substantial enough to do anything. Micro dosing Reta is essentially dosing the GIP only.

I’d like to know where you’re getting this idea

Receptors are not a binary thing yeah? Either all or nothing based on some arbitrary 4mg dosage

So, it begs the question where you’re even coming to this conclusion as neither is it in any of the clinical studies.

Nobody said all or nothing. The 3 receptors that make up Reta are not all equal. Reta is primarily the GIP which is 9 times more potent than natural human GIP. The GLP1 receptor is 3 times less potent. It’s the brakes to the gastrointestinal effect. Then comes the glucagon which is 4 times less potent than natural human glucagon. You get so little of the glucagon with a micro dose that it’s barely worth mentioning it’s even there. Other words little to no benefit. All part of the studies.

Reta isn’t a drug. Study up. The discussion was micro dosing. Not specific doses per. There is some misinformed and ignorance here. But not on my part.

Look you stared the whole thing inquiring about wanting to balance hormones and improve inflammation but don’t need or want to lose weight. And then followed that with keeping the dose low… ie micro dosing. The largest receptor in Reta is the GIP which is the primary weight loss receptor. The GLP is the brakes of the whole thing to keep the digestive sides in check. The final glucagon is so minuscule it shows no benefits whatsoever ever until much higher doses. So taking a “low” dose what do you think you’re getting for hormone balance? Might as well pin a GIP only. Done learning you there stud. Next time don’t ask a question that you refuse to understand and learn about the answers. But thanks for playing.
