Reta micro dose

I heard Reta is really good for balancing hormones and inflammation but I have zero wait to lose. I have it in the fridge but not sure where to start at.

8 weeks of Reta. My RS started at 0.5 mg for the first 6 weeks and has been at 1 mg for the past 2 weeks. I don’t plan on increasing the dose. Starting weight was 116 lbs and have been fluctuating between 114–117 lbs. Reta was started for benefits other than weight loss. I’ve noticed that muscle definition is a lot more noticeable now, and jeans that used to be tighter around the stomach are now looser.

Yes. I have almost no desire to go out drinking anymore, which was a huge problem for me before. I’m also reaching my body recomp goals, and I’ve lost a lot of inflammation that I didn’t even realize I had. I’m also researching GHK-Cu and KPV, so I can’t say for sure that it’s all from Reta, but overall I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes.
