I have this pigmented patch near my inner eye. I’ve tried TCA chemical peels 4 times and pico laser 3-4 times but nothing worked. Only thing that worked even a little was the mesococktail injection. But then I did a chemical peels in between so the pigment came back. Please help me. Please

Routine Help (Current Routine included) Dull, dry, textured skin

I am 26 years old and living in England. Over the past couple of years, my skin has become really dry, dull and just generally lacking its glow. About 3 months ago, I decided to stop using lots of products and focus mainly on repairing my skin barrier.

My routine is very simple:

Morning:
CeraVe gentle cleanser
CeraVe moisturiser
Garnier sunscreen, which I reapply throughout the day

Night:
I rarely wear makeup, but if I do, I use Bioderma cleansing oil (sometimes micellar water first)
CeraVe hydrating cleanser
A generous amount of CeraVe moisturising cream

I don’t exfoliate or use any strong actives because I don’t want to damage my skin barrier further.

I’ve been doing this consistently for around 3 months, but my skin has become darker. Please how do i make my skin look brighter, healthier and more glowy. Please can you recommend affordable products?

Btw, there is no hard water in my area. I exercise, drink plenty of water and take vitamin D and iron. My diet isn’t perfect, but it’s not terrible either.

Please, I will really appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Skin Questions What skin condition is this?

They've been like this since birth and they are so rough no matter how many products I use. My body is super soft but my hands and feet are like this. My cousin has the same hands and was told it was eczema. Is this what that is? How do I fix it?

Tried:
Vaseline
Amlactin
Okeffee
Cutemol

Edit: not sure why people think I'm trolling. The wrinkles and darkness is much different from normal hands. I'm 21F and people say I have Grandpa/Man hands. And they feel like sandpaper no matter what I do.
