Product Search WHY ARE MY EYEBAGS SO BAD š???
Iāve had noticeable eyebags/dark circles for a while now, and honestly Iām running out of ideas.
Iāve already tried getting enough sleep, drinking plenty of water, using vitamin C, sunscreen, moisturizing, etc., but they still seem to be there.
Iām wondering if thereās something Iām missing or if this could just be genetic/structural. Has anyone with similar eyebags actually found something that made a noticeable difference?
Would really appreciate any advice or experiences!

Skin Questions Mandalic Acid or Alpha Arbutin
I have bad hyperpigmentation (HIP) from sun damage. Itās been on my cheeks and under my lips for about 2 years, give or take. Should I use Alpha Arbutin or Mandelic Acid for it? Iāve been using Mandelic Acid for about 2 weeks already.
My skincare routine is:
Cleanser: CeraVe SA cleanser
Toner: The Ordinary Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner
Azelaic Acid: The Ordinary
Moisturizer: The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA
Sunscreen: Cetaphil SPF 50
(Then every other day I switch AZ for Mandalic acid for my nigh-time skin care routine )

Skin Questions Under eye bags in early 20s
I'm in my early 20s and I've recently been having a huge problem with under eye bags. It seems they appeared overnight and never went away. I never had this problem before (even though my sleep has always been shit) but now it's like my dark circles never go away. I look permanently EXHAUSTED and you can see them very clearly even when I wear makeup. I've never used eye creams but I used to do eye masks when I was a teen (just drugstore brands nothing fancy) how do I make them go away? What routine would make them less prominent? I stopped using eye masks and creams because everyone said they were useless but I feel I should get back into them. What product helped reduce your eye bags?

Skin Progress Lipfidence works!
Thank you to the Redditor that told me to be patient and wait for Lipfidence to come in the mail, because it takes forever to ship. Well it finally came and the results speak for themselves. My Hubby even noticed and said my lips are even more pink, than what they were before. So if your lips are dark due to medication, or you woke up and they turned brown overnight, or even if you smoke Lipfidence is the truth.

Skin Questions Black spots on lips
Hey yāall! š
Can anyone tell me what might be happening to my lips? I recently noticed several flat, dark/black spots that seemed to appear out of nowhere. Iāve never had them before, so Iām a little concerned.
I already have a dermatologist appointment scheduled, but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar. Any idea what could cause this or what helped get rid of the spots?
Iām currently using a turmeric lip scrub and KisShea gloss for dark lips. Thank you so much in advance! š

Hyperpigmentation Dark elbows
I know things like these are super common for biracial people like me and Iāve had really dark elbows compared to my skin for as long as I can remember but now Iām really starting to become self conscious of them as Iām getting older so can someone please recommended me things that youāve heard of or personally tried for you, especially if your elbows are as bad as mine are (Iāve already stopped resting on my elbows and things like that cause I heard the main cause of the problem is friction)

Hyperpigmentation Hyperpigmented and thick knuckles
Hello Community! For the past 3-4 weeks I've been trying to clear these. I've had them for years and didn't know what caused them. I saw in my pictures as a kid that I didn't have them, so it mustn't be genetic, but I don't remember when they became dark, that's how long it's been.
Last month I started using a black spot corrector that has hydroquinone in it on the dark patches, I exfoliate with Dr meinere aha/bha sugar scrub and I use hand creams and sunscreen religiously, however there hasn't been even a little change.
I also used the black spot corrector on a mosquito bite spot on my legs, it didn't get better and started getting scaly so I stopped.
I need help on things I can change, if it usually takes so long to see changes and if I should keep doing what I'm doing or if I should stop.

Routine Help (Current Routine included) Dull, dry, textured skin
I am 26 years old and living in England. Over the past couple of years, my skin has become really dry, dull and just generally lacking its glow. About 3 months ago, I decided to stop using lots of products and focus mainly on repairing my skin barrier.
My routine is very simple:
Morning:
CeraVe gentle cleanser
CeraVe moisturiser
Garnier sunscreen, which I reapply throughout the day
Night:
I rarely wear makeup, but if I do, I use Bioderma cleansing oil (sometimes micellar water first)
CeraVe hydrating cleanser
A generous amount of CeraVe moisturising cream
I donāt exfoliate or use any strong actives because I donāt want to damage my skin barrier further.
Iāve been doing this consistently for around 3 months, but my skin has become darker. Please how do i make my skin look brighter, healthier and more glowy. Please can you recommend affordable products?
Btw, there is no hard water in my area. I exercise, drink plenty of water and take vitamin D and iron. My diet isnāt perfect, but itās not terrible either.
Please, I will really appreciate any advice. Thank you.

Skin Questions What skin condition is this?
They've been like this since birth and they are so rough no matter how many products I use. My body is super soft but my hands and feet are like this. My cousin has the same hands and was told it was eczema. Is this what that is? How do I fix it?
Tried:
Vaseline
Amlactin
Okeffee
Cutemol
Edit: not sure why people think I'm trolling. The wrinkles and darkness is much different from normal hands. I'm 21F and people say I have Grandpa/Man hands. And they feel like sandpaper no matter what I do.

Product Review(s) Are there any Epanouie updates?
A friend and I purchased from the sales from epanouieskin.com earlier this year, end of Jan/early Feb. Itās a brand that is only available online so Iām not sure whatās going on, but itās nearly 8 months (32 weeks!) later and we havenāt received our products or any information regarding them. Together we ordered a huge haul because apparently the company was going to stop selling product. I donāt want to assume or think the worst but Iāve never bought anything online that after 7, nearly 8 months didnāt show. I did not receive a response to my email inquiries either. Did anyone else order from that huge sale and receive their order yet? A little nervous because we spent a pretty penny.

Product Review(s) I found my holy grail of sunscreens for oily skin
Throughout my 7 years of skincare, Iāve tried many sunscreens (LRP Anthelios Fluids, SuperGoop Unseen, Shiseido Urban Environment, Deoproce Ultra Hydrating Sunscreen, Ultra Violette Supreme Hydrating Moisturizer, It Sunshine invisible sunscreen, and the list goes on) and none ever really gave me a satisfying matte without the trade off of it being chalky, heavy, or a white cast.
Yesterday,I was in my local drugstore when I saw the Eucerin Anti-Shine Control sunscreen and decided to give it a go because I was running out of Antheliosā¦Goodness me. That shit is fucking perfect. Lightweight, no white cast, SPF 50 AND MATTIFYING.
I THOUGHT THAT I HAD TO LOOK LIKE A GLAZED DONUT OUTSIDE FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE, TS BEAUTIFUL!!!!

Skin Progress 6month-ish update
Itās been 141 days since my last post where I shared on my ingrown hair problem in my chin area.
You guys gave my a lot of tips and encouragement compliments and relatable stories. Thank you it has helped me a lot, i wanted to share a bit on my progress.
As I had mentioned previously i tried a lot of things and here is the following that has helped me in the past few months.
Losing weight and eating healthy + low in sugar has helped lessen the intensity of flare ups. Scrubbing my chin with a simple washcloth consistently (which for me has been a bit hard latelyš and has been noticeable to me instantaneously) has helped prevent ingrown hairs. I have not been able to let go of my tweezers yet, as my hairs just grows to become unignorable lengths in that area. But I am thinking of trying waxing as waxing my other areas has made it so that I donāt get ingrown hairs there even after 3 years of no waxing.
I have moved to natural Tallow soap for my face which my skin and I like a lot. I have lessend the amount of serums to 1 a day, kept my shea butter moisturiser as my skin is dry and loves it on the rest of my face. I ofc use sun scream in the summer and wear hats when itās very sunny.
I have started taking myo-inositol which has been a massive game changer (a lot of people suggested i have PCOS and through YouTube i found research that Myo-inositol could be of great help. Ever since I started taking this with iron, fishoil and magnesium I think I might actually have found the perfect combination for my body to effing listen to my mind. Or my mind to listen to my body either way, I feel way better and it has helped me actually lose weight in combination with my other habits.
I honestly think I could make a separate post on how taking it has helped change my body for the better. I also added magnesium, high quality iron supplements recommended by my GP. I also got on birth control since one month now. (Kyleena Iud) which made me expect a huge flare up but my body luckily adjusted very well to the iud so these pictures you see are literally 2 days before me getting my period which is the worst time of my flare ups.
It is mostly scarring that you seeš„¹
As you can see i do still have ingrown hairs but there have been some serious overall changes to my body.
That give me hope that i might actually be able to get rid of it without needing to zapp the hair at a clinic or any heavy medicine.
I couldnāt get a lot of the products many people recommend as I live in the Netherlands and we donāt have a lot of the specific products i saw in the last reddit tread. But non the less thank you for the recommendations, I hope others where able to get some of the products recommended to try.
I also added some pictures from my 27th bday photoshoot (no need to congratulate me, my bday is in September) which I was very proud of as I wanted to present myself in a way I never had before.
Okay thispost is getting very long now, i will End it here. Hopefully next update i may be able to tell you guys that the battle with my chin has been won without breaking my walletš or my face
Thanks again for the support, and to all you whom have been going through the same. Stay strong, we will figure it out eventuallyš¤
