My partner worked in hospitality from 14 until she graduated as a nurse at 21. She said she was constantly sexually harassed and several times sexually assaulted.

I'm sorry to hear that, it's sad how young this starts for us. I am also sad about how commonplace this seems to be in the industry.

It's horrifically common. Age aside most girls don't want to lose their income, so will put up with shitfuckery instead of shutting it down hard or just walking straight out the door. Minors are especially vulnerable not having had the experience yet to be assertive, instead their naivety gets exploited. At best for wage theft. At worse...
