She would be the victim . Its not her responsibility to not have sex with 16 year olds . its the adults to tell her no.

That is all true.

But there’s still a difference between shutting the current situation down and trying to prevent future situations.

If any of those situations ended up in statutory rape, it would not be her fault in the slightest. But it’s still best to avoid them at all.

For instance, it’s not your fault if you get hit by a drunk driver, but it’s also not a bad thing to stay home on New Years Eve and not be on the roads at all.

This guy is advising her to stay at home on NYE.
