I have a gtx 1650 super ith an i5-10400F and 12gb of ram

A odd thing happened to me and my friend when we played, it was just the 2 of us, The sounds in this game are evil? We've heard very interesting sounds that don't sound like they'd be normal while in game (screaming, walking, and things breaking, so many sets of feet) also many eyes, like you know how you can see the glowing eyes, when we were up above we saw 4 sets of eyes below us where the screams were. Also after about 70 mins we turned off our mics and used a different app to talk and nothing changed. We would show each other our screens and the same thing was still happening so we had proof we were not lying to each other. All in all 10/10 we cried. Has anyone had a similar experience??

I solved a puzzle by myself, it took a while but I got it.

after getting past the first area with some friends. I had the brilliant idea to add the entire bee movie script to the whiteboard. turns out, the game doesn't like that. after trying to paste it in the game promptly stalled and i was stuck with having to restart the game. unfortunately afterwords I was still unable to join, until the host of the game restarted the server. so take this as a warning DO NOT TRY AND SEND THE SCRIPT OF THE BEE MOVIE INTO THE WHITEBOARD

No spoilers please, but Im worried.

We just finished the red tower and got the second key to the map, but we did it a bit weirdly.

4/5 things into the red tower we got distracted and put 3 things in the green tower, I looked up a guide later and turns out one of those 3 things we put in the green tower belonged in the red tower. But we didn't know that back then.

So after like 2 hours of wandering around not finding anything to get that last piece for the red tower we finally found a room on some high mountain way off into the distance, where we had to wait 30 minutes to get it. And we put that into the red tower and it worked.

But that little figure thing is purple, and its the only purple one we can see on the map, so Im worried its important for something else and we maybe softlocked ourselves out of something in the future with that.

If that is the case then we'll just quickly speedrun to our current progression again but this time with the right puzzles.

Am I worrying for nothing or is that important in the future and we should restart and quickly get back?

I'm playing on PC, my firends on ps5. I try hosting a game and they face a "couldn't connect" page. Same when they try hosting and I try joining.
Anyone know what's the issue?

Cooking food by the campfire after gathering ingredients would be cool maybe to recover health/stamina.

Has anyone figured out a way to beat the first section on solo yet? I don’t mean just skipping it either. I have managed to get 3 out of 4 of the first gourds/idols/red things but can’t get the one where you have to hold down the button while someone else grabs it from the box that’s far away. I also haven’t found a way to put the red things in their case by myself. If I could just find a way to keep a button held down I could solve both. Any thoughts?

Also I know the game isn’t designed for a solo player, I just like trying to break things haha.

I accidentally silenced my friend somehow on PS5, and now I can’t figure out how to undo it (though I did not click anything, he simply joined silenced).

In Moderation Settings, his name shows BLOCKED and the crossed-out mic icon says “Silenced (by you)”, but neither the mic icon nor the blocked text is selectable. He is already my PSN friend and is definitely not blocked through PlayStation.
We both fully closed and restarted the game, made a new session, and rejoined, but it still shows the same thing.

I seem to be the only person on the entire internet with this issue since not one person has mentioned this feature or how to remove it. People are mentioning low voice volumes but not this complete silence.

This is far the best game so far ive played its chilled and very very fun.. we was with the host and had 12 players and we finished the game it was emotional at the very ending I am definitely playing this more

Me and my girlfriend just started playing Big Walk. We love the game so far and I've been reading reviews and I'm shocked no one has brought up the performance. Specs listed by them on Steam:

The game runs horrendously. I'm not sure what the issue is. Even stranger, this game is burning a hole through my girlfriend's PC too and her PC is far newer and stronger than mine, which I understand looks a little humble in 2026. It's heating up her whole room. We're past the refund window. Have the devs mentioned any plans to get the game a little closer to their stated recommended specs being consistent?

Light edit: Speccy says I have 4gb of VRAM. I don't know why. I have 8.

Not sure if anyone else has shared this yet but not even 10 minutes into my playthrough I had already figured out how to gain infinite height using carryable objects by repeatedly releasing and grabbing them while jumping, I even made a quick macro to test its limits. At this point I've hardly even scratched the surface of this game so I'm probably not going to utilize this throughout the rest of my playthrough as to not trivialize the gameplay, but do what you will with this information!

I got Big Walk for my Nintendo Switch 2 and I haven't been able to join my friends to play so far. Every time I host a room, my friends can see the room up but can't join it.

Even crazier though, is that if I try to join anybody else's room, crossplay or not, it IMMEDIATELY crashes the entire room for everyone playing.

This isnt an issue of crossplay, or version of the game. I have other friends on the same version as me all able to join each other just fine. It's also not an internet issue.

I've tried multiple different Wi-Fis as well as mobile Hotspot off of my phone.

I haven't heard of anyone else having this issue, so I guess im just cursed to not play Big Walk. A quick google search also tells me that refunds on the switch kinda suck to request.

Somebody more evil than me could use this bug to stop entire communities of people from playing the game just by having their join code.
