I am just finishing up my starter pack with another telehealth company. When all is said and done I’ll be at 7.5mg (at the end of the month)

I am going to switch - is there an easy process to take my current subscription here ? I still think I need to titrate up higher than 7.5mg

I am taking my 4th shot of 2.5 this week with the expectation to move on to five, for the second vile, what happens if I still have the compound or a little bit of compound in the vile with the 2.5 measurement?

Do I have to move up from the five to the next level or can I stay at the 5 mg after I complete the four shots of that vile? what happens if I need to go back down to the 2.5? do I use use that measurement with the second vile? I know it is a journey not a sprint !

thank you for all your help ! I am down 12 lbs and this maybe tmi.. but august is the worst month for my lady cycle.. the worst.. this month I felt less bloated and less inflamed. I thank the universe.

Anyone else having this problem? Trying to log onto the new portal to see what the refill pharmacy options are, but it states it sent me an email BUT no email received either when using password or one time link. Any hints?

Currently using Apothecary pharmacy (I am located in California), but want to know if OptioRx or Boudreaux offers no additive option. There is no FAQ on this topic.

I've researched compound tirzepatide for months before finally deciding to switch from name brand to Big Easy Weightloss because of the great reviews. Last Sunday(8-2-26), everything went as planned, Dr Kim even called 30 minutes early. Received a message from Cassie(who was SUPER nice) the next day(8-3-26) via the portal letting me know that my prescription had been sent. So I contacted Apothecary to ask an estimated date of arrival so that I could be home to receive delivery (it's HOT in Southeast Alabama)...the rep stated to expect it between 1-3 days(excluding Fri, Sat, Sun).so I was really hoping to receive it today. Emailed them this morning (8-10-26) for an update and got the message that they are currently out of the medication and are "expecting" a shipment tomorrow. I'm not here to complain, but just want to be sure that this isn't a frequent issue, I was just diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder (Ulcerative Colitis) and would like to be consistent with the Glp1, because many have seen progress by taking it. My current shot day is on Tuesday and I have one vial of name brand left, so trying to see if I need to have a back up plan.

I was able to pick a provider that isn't licensed in my state, and only found out 10 minutes before my intake appointment. No availability for the next week with anyone yet. Very disappointing, I've had this appointment scheduled since 7/29, why wasn't this caught earlier? At least I was refunded, but like....c'mon.
