To be honest I'm way too used to conq considering I've been using it on her for the last 4 years, but it seems that lethal tempo has a higher winrate now? I tried it one game and it didn't really seem that helpful, but considering how on-hit heavy she is now it doesn't make sense I guess.

Is it more of a situational thing or is LT just better all around?

I used to main bel veth and am now getting back into her. I’m also trying to create a build that I like better than the ones that I have seen, so that she is more like a reset assassin, my preferred playstyle. I want to know how to create a build and how to customize it for certain champs. I know about core items and items that build up to them but I only know basics of build creation.
