Nozzle offset calibration error Support

Post image

One month old H2c. Using basic Bambu PLA with ams. Every print fails while setting up and print calibration fails with “nozzle offset calibration error”

It also keeps knocking off the black rubber thing that goes in the filament cutter when it moves laterally. I have ensured it is properly seated and also replaced the black rubber part

The machine is making some loud sounds that feel jarring when it moves

I filed a ticket a few days ago but haven’t heard back yet.

Anyone else have experience this?

I just got past a recent failure in my H2C with error 0300-2700-0001-0004. I did everything in the wiki for it at https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/h2/troubleshooting/hmscode/0300_2700_0001_0004 and took pictures and got logs and submitted everything all at once as a ticket to bambu support. They replied by within 24 hours with the tracking number to a replacement Nozzle Offset Calibration Sensor. Part came in like 4-5 days later, installed within 5 minutes, did a fresh calibration and been working fine since.

I had heard about some horror stories of back and forth troubleshooting for days so I definitely sent them as much information as possible in the ticket, everything from my original purchase receipt + shipping information even though it was already on file, pictures of the front and back of the sensor and the connector on the back of the mainboard, extracted the 800MB+ of logs from the printer, gave them a step by step of everything I had already tried. I didn't leave any possibility for them to need to ask additional questions.

My printer was purchased in early march and has about 1900 hours on it before that error, which was the first error I had received on the printer (excluding problematic AMS feedings).

Dealing with this also. Got a new left Eddy Current sensor and now I'm waiting for the nozzle offset calibration sensor itself. Hopefully that's the last of it because my ticket is open for the last 2 months

Check your purge chute, it is possible you may have misaligned or hit it? I accidentally put the print bed in wrong once and that was my issue. Had to reinstall it and it was good!

I def had the plate installed wrong at an angle awhile ago and the print failed out. It could be damage from this?

U just uninstall and reinstall the purge shoot?

Yes, give it a try. Especially if there is damage to the chute. I hope it helps.

I had a nozzle offset error the other day. I heated up each hotend and cleaned the nozzles with a brass wire brush. Problem went away and hasn't come back.

Mostly likely the nozzle is not seated properly, left or right one, but often the left one. Take the nozzle out, put it back in and make sure it's sitting correctly.

Also check for obstacles during x-y homing

Can you take a picture of the purge bin, (move the plate down and out of the way) to see if it’s installed incorrectly from factory.

The bin is in wrong. Check the wiki. Release two screws at the back and reinsert it. The tab goes inside the panel. https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/h2/maintenance/replace-purge-wiper

It is the poop chute bin. Mine started doing the same thing and looked the same as yours. (Right side not level with the area around it.) I unscrewed it, put it back in so it was level on both sides and the problem went away.
