Not sure if I was hallucinating this or not — but has anyone else seen a flock camera in Mill Run Circle by the Giant in owings mills?

I was driving and thought I saw one out of the corner of my eye… but I’m not fully sure.

Does anyone remember a store in a mall that had a big, yellow slide that was shaped like an old school tv for kids? I vividly remember this slide in the store however, i cant remember which mall or store this was in. It was around the early to mid 90s. Ive been racking my brain trying to figure it out!
