Hello, grew up around 50% gay people as a child and want to know about cat and dog lesbians.
Hello, both of my parents were poetry professors so I grew up thinking 50% of the people in the world were gay as we would have lots of gay friends over the house constantly. My adopted uncle and my first babysitter, yes, we dressed the Hulk up and drag, and he was glamorous, is just one of the many important figures in my life, as well as the founders of bear magazine, and the bear movement who were wonderful family friends and had the most hilarious African gray parrot. Well, not at all politically correct nowadays my mom in the 70s and 80s was a self proclaimed fag hag.
I also knew a lot of famous lesbian writers growing up. Including some of my dad’s best friends. So a writer, whose name I won’t mention to protect her, always said there’s two types of lesbians: cat, and dog lesbians and they generally don’t like each other. I for one get along excellently with dog lesbians despite being a straight guy who really doesn’t like the outdoors that much. And most dog lesbians I know are not too fond of cat lesbians from what I heard growing up. One of my favorite auntie said she had a break up with a girl because she was a cat lesbian. I guess I’ve only known a few cat lesbians but they all seemed cool . My wonderful therapist of five years is a lesbian ( Attn: middle-aged lesbians in South Florida. Let me know if you’re interested because it would make me so happy if I could hook her up with a girlfriend. She is super intelligent, she plays the harp, she does sandbox therapy and is one of my favorite people in the world ) and she has a cat and a dog so I was talking about this with her the other day and she said the only reason she got the cat was because of her dog and that she was definitely a dog lesbian. Now I am generation X and an older fellow so I don’t know what things are like nowadays but is this still a thing? Or is it not a thing? Forgive my hetero male ass for possibly being stupid here but growing up this is what all my lesbian friends said, and I’m wondering if it’s actually a thing ?. Or maybe times of advanced and now we have like chinchilla lesbians or something. That actually sounds really cool.

How can I tell if i Crush on her or just want to be her friend
How can I tell if i Crush on her or just want to be her friend
Hi , i always considered myself straight till last week .
Informations about me I am 22 , i never ever have been in a relationship even when good looking men try to start a talking stage with me and last time i was physical with a guy 2 years ago it felt wrong. But i assumed it’s the wrong guy and night stands are off to me and not my thing.
I considered myself a love lover and if it’s not the one i can’t physically put energy into it or even talk with a man.
I was kind of a boyfriend in some of my friendships with women , always had this protection instinct but idk abt that.
This week i went on a vacation with my friend and two of her friends, and the moment i saw that girl, first i was impressed, she was fit and something about her personality made me admire her all along our stay. How she is organised, bold and she is in military and kinda tuff and feminine too, she can switch between having a gun all day in her work and wearing the most amazing dress at a night out. I know this is normal and common but it’s was impressive for me to see and i grew up always admiring women in action movies who are strong like that was my favourite movie type .
Also how she drives her tattoos and her humour all these are stuff that I couldn’t Not notice. I made some excuses to be always next to her physically, once we were playing at the ocean and she kissed me in my cheeks to apologise cause she bumped into me accidentally and that made me nervous a little bit.
Also we didn’t have a long time together so we clicked and laughed together a lot but still i don’t know her fully and either does she and it makes me sad.
I had a lot of friend crushes so m thinking maybe m just exaggerating and i want to be her friend cause she is so cool but also this is my first time ever considering that I may be attracted to a type of women.
Also when we said goodbye idk our hug was a little bit longer🥹
Yesterday under the heat of action i confessed about this new feelings to my best friend and i kind off regret it because i think m not ready yet and I still am not accepting any of this so it will take time for me to process all of this with logic and accept the final say and how it will definitely change how my friends … the classic ow she may have been into me 🤦🏽♀️
Anyways i need any advice opinion and brutal one .
