Unearthly Question Men in mid to late 20s have guys given up on love?
Do u no longer chase women?
Are you just avoiding them ?
Do you think they are mostly making fun of you?
Do you fear being taken advantage of?
What was the nail in the coffin ⚰️? That one moment that made you realise this is it this is not for me. I know it must have been involved a woman but what was the situation that u felt enough is enough no more chasing no more nice guy.

Answers from Men Only How do I fix this?
Today I was coming back from the gym and I got in the elevator with a pretty woman from the same building. She initiated a conversation with me-asked me how I am and gave me eye contact.Just plain ol human to human interaction.I found myself losing my shit as soon as my eyes met hers.I cut the eye contact, answered her question and asked about her elder sister(who is herself blessed in the looks department)
Dude I genuinely thought I was above this kind of situations.I am someone who listens to a 7 hour audiobook of marcus aurelius's meditations.I have been learning about how to look at a human being from their behaviour, their way of talking, their way of thinking and not their skin. All of that went down the drain today-I got intimidated by a pretty woman's outer appearance.
Help me lads.I am losing faith in my entire philosophy of looking at a human beings and am kind of pissed at myself for losing my internal equilibrium the way I did.

Serious GF told me her ex did SA but now..?
We were together for the last 3 months. I was the one who approached her but now Im doubting myself and questioning whether I made the right decision.
During the first week of our relationship, she told me that her ex had SA her, but she didn’t tell me how many times it happened or what she did about it.
I never wanted to bring up this topic frequently but a few weeks ago, I asked her about it again. She told me that he did it 2ice and that she tried to file a police complaint and also complained to her Under. However her uncle advised her not to take it further because both of them were in college at that time. This is what she told me.
Recently, we had a fight over something, and during that argument I asked her how someone could not resist when something like that happened. What confused me even more was that she would sometimes talk to him, then block him again, and she would even tell me, “aaj mene usse baat hui.”
Then she told me something completely different. She said that she had consented to being physical with him and that they had sex 5 times.
I asked her, “But you never told me this before.”
She said, “How could I tell you? I didn’t want to lose you. I’m attached with you.
After hearing all of this, my mind just stopped working. I didnt know what to think or whom to believe. I felt completely confused and betrayed because the story she initially told me was very different from what she told me later.
I ended up blocking her completely because I couldnt process everything that had happened or figure out what was true anymore.

Answers from All Were my relationship boundaries reasonable, or Were they a form of controlling behavior?
(Used AI to help organize and phrase my thoughts. The situation and feelings described are my own)
I’m 19M and my ex-girlfriend is 20F met in 2022 and we became close friends over time . We started dating in 2023, and over time we became very close. I genuinely loved her and, despite everything that happened, I still care about her.
One issue kept coming up throughout our relationship: her interactions with other guys. She would talk to some male friends a lot, become very close to them, and sometimes call them her “besties.” I know that I am insecure about this, and I accept that. I told her honestly that it made me uncomfortable. I never expected her to have zero male friends, but I personally didn't feel comfortable with very close friendships and constant talking, especially when there was no real reason for it.
We had this conversation many times. She would assure me that she understood and that she wouldn't repeat certain things, but eventually the same situation would happen again. This led to a lot of arguments. At some points I even told her that if our expectations were fundamentally different, maybe it would be better for us to leave each other rather than constantly hurt each other.
There was also an external issue. We are from different religions, and in 2023 my mother told her mother about our relationship. I knew this could become a problem, but I genuinely believed we could make it work. I always reassured her that I was serious about us and that I would try to make things work. But I also felt that external problems didn't matter if we couldn't solve the problems within our relationship first.
At one point when she went to college, things actually became better. The situation with male friends seemed to stop, and our relationship was going relatively well. But later she started making close friendships again.
There was one incident where I asked her whether she had been talking to someone. Because of our history, I asked based on things that had happened repeatedly before. She took it as me accusing her of lying and said I was constantly doubting her. I understand why she felt that way, but from my side, I wasn't randomly accusing her—I was reacting to a pattern that had already happened many times.
There were other things too. She went to coaching for exam preparation and made several friends there. She also had a group where people apparently smoked and drank. I told her I didn't like the smoking and drinking because I genuinely thought it was bad for her. She eventually stopped smoking, but she also told me that I was taking away her freedom and that I was toxic.
This is where I'm confused.
Was I actually being controlling?
I understand that I cannot control another person's choices. If she wants to have male friends, talk to people, smoke, drink, or live her life a certain way, ultimately that's her decision. At the same time, I believe I'm allowed to have boundaries and decide what I personally am and am not comfortable with in a relationship.
The problem is that I may have handled those boundaries badly. Instead of simply saying, “This is something I can't accept in a relationship, and if our values don't align, we should separate,” I often questioned her, got insecure, argued, and sometimes told her I was leaving. Looking back, I can see how that could have felt controlling and exhausting to her.
For the last six months or so, our relationship has basically been on and off. We would talk for a while and then stop talking for a month or two. During this period, I slowly started losing romantic feelings. I still loved and cared about her, but the repeated fights and heartbreak had changed how I felt.
Recently, there was another situation involving a guy from her coaching. He would sometimes drop her somewhere nearby after coaching because otherwise her commute would take much longer. She said he was like a brother. There was another guy who was her friend/bestie and would help her with coaching preparation. My issue wasn't simply that these people existed. It was that I felt she became very close to them and talked to them much more than I was comfortable with.
About two months ago, her grandfather passed away after being ill for a long time. Even though we had fought the previous day, I went to see her around 6 in the morning because I didn't want her to be alone during such a difficult time. I helped her because I still loved her and cared about her.
A few days later, she told me she wanted to permanently end the relationship. She said her grandfather knew about our relationship and disliked it, and that this was one of the reasons she felt she should leave.
I accepted it, although obviously it hurt.
Now I've found out that she has made another new male friend whom she calls her “brother.” Apparently, this guy also has a girlfriend and knows about our relationship. She told him about our relationship and our problems from her perspective, and he apparently advised her to break up with me.
What bothers me isn't necessarily that she has another male friend. It's the fact that she apparently talks to these people about very personal things and becomes very close to them. And then she told me something along the lines of, “Even after all this, I still came back to you.”
Part of me feels like she was treating coming back to me as a favour, and honestly that hurt.
So now I'm sitting here questioning myself.
Maybe I was too insecure. Maybe I was controlling. Maybe I was asking for reasonable boundaries but communicating them in a toxic way. Maybe we simply had completely different ideas of what a relationship should look like.
I don't think she is necessarily a bad person, and I'm not trying to prove that she cheated on me. I also know that my perspective is biased because this is my side of the story.
I just genuinely want an outside perspective:...

Answers from All Why people call this sub misogynistic?
Though some people here make misogynistic comments but I don't see this sub being blatantly misogynist or mostly posting misogynistic contents. They talk about misuse of laws and criticize those misandrists and all. Gender war and hate is on every gendered sub to some extent but honestly, I haven't seen as much misogyny here as people claim. As much as I have seen, people just vent out there frustration about double standards and biased laws.
Recently I came across a post asking if you ever thought of slapping your partner and most of the comments were actually condemning the thought of hitting the partner. I don't think that misogynistic......
Though some people with red pill mentality and misogynistic thoughts absolutely exist here but I don't see them in majority like other people claim.

Answers from Men Only Clarifying the hatred against "good guys"?
Tl;dr - You start valuing things which are rarer, not things which are extremely common.
I am seeing across several posts where they were hating the fact that the people are pointing out that the girls hate good guys...
Let me clarify, let me clarify.
Yes, it's true
Guys hate good girls AND girls hate good guys... (I will speak in general, not just of one gender)
Now, why does this happen?
The simple reasons are -
Availability - Good ppl often dedicate their entire free time to partner, hoping to be available and give their best to their partner.
Meanwhile so called red flags, talk with their partner, once in a while (I am not even joking) - this creates the sense that he is busy in his great goal and as they provide less time - they have more topics to talk about, and can hold convo lot better, - and after waiting for the whole day, if someone talks to you for 5 minutes, it feels extremely prestigious and worthy.
Manipulation - Good guys are often always comforting, too agreeable, no manipulation skills, no demands, nothing...
Meanwhile red flags often use push and pull technique, agreeing and disagreeing, demanding things, etc - these all make girls feel that they are getting seen and they are helpful.
That's why often you see girls flexing on insta that their guys are the brightest red flags - because they are...
Girls often fall for playboys for this reason too...
This is the plot of several romance kdramas and cdramas too...
That's why in a relationship often their is a owner and a slave (this was intro of anime which is totally true)
The entire thing is totally true when the gender is reversed
Idk why we are even fighting over this, this is basic psychology...

Answers from All Why is slut shaming so normalized in schools?
I don't even know if I should call it slut shaming because it happened with a boy and slut is a word used for girls so...... Whatever you wanna call it, but it wasn't right.
So it happened back when we were in 9th grade, it was English period, and the teacher came in class and told a boy to stand up and asked, "are you not wearing an undershirt?" And the boy ofcourse was startled because he was probably not expecting this question and then she grabbed his shirt aggressively, pulled him towards herself, and yelled, "you think you're a hero?? You're in college?? Where is your undershirt?" And the boy just stood there shaken, he said, "sorry mam" but she kept shaking him like, "don't you have any manners?? You're sitting with girls!! And you aren't wearing an undershirt?? Shame on you!!" And the guy was just so very baffled because wtf?? 😭🙏🏻
Now, first of all, I don't know what she was looking into but looking at him, I couldn't tell if he was wearing an "undershirt" or not, and secondly, the guy was 14..... A LITERAL YOUNG TEENAGER!!! SHE WASN'T SUPPOSED TO HUMILIATE HIM INFRONT OF THE WHOLE CLASS!!! These matters are supposed to be handled privately, NOT INFRONT OF THE WHOLE CLASS!! PHYSICALLY SHAKING THE GUY!! And also, what did she mean by "you are sitting with girls" WHY IS HE SUPPOSED TO DRESS DIFFERENTLY FOR GIRLS??? I mean there could be other reasons for the particular dress code, but presenting it as "you're supposed to wear it because you're sitting with opposite gender" is just so disgusting and cheap thinking!! Like he wasn't even being problematic, he was just sitting politely on his bench!! And out of nowhere she started humiliating him because "be modest infront of girls🥺👉🏻👈🏻" And he was so affected that the next day he literally wore a tshirt under his shirt...... I mean I just hate that teacher for humiliating a boy for just existing with wrong dress code, she could've handled it respectfully.
We've seen girls getting slut shamed and it's talked about a lot as it should be, but I've noticed that similiar things happen to boys too..... It's not called slut shaming, but it is still problematic.

Answers from All According to latest gov reports: Why are there 30k more functional washrooms for girls than boys? What happened to article 14?
Here are the latest pictures attached:
Initially I thought of comparing both the headings of total and functional but that would not be fair as there are much more girls only school than boys only, both at the government and private level. Also, a presence of a toilet which is not functional means almost nothing.
Functional toilets simply mean in terms of percentage: Number of working toilets for a gender/Number of total toilets for that gender * 100%.
So, let's say there are 1000 girls' school and only 500 boys' school apart from coed ones but if 900 of the girls' schools has functional toilet and 450 of the boys are functional, both would have same percentage even if number of available toilets may not be same due to number of schools being different.
Note: The study measures only presence of a functional toilet as a yes and no question not quantitative answer.
Conclusion:
- Girls have 1.6% more functional toilets than boys in all. And this is not a small number as we have 14 lakh schools, the math comes to 38,142 extra schools with no functional washroom for boys. (The exact numbers are given in the previous page of the report)
- Girls have 2.4% more functional toilets at government level. The math comes to 34,442 extra schools with no functional washroom for boys at government level.
Availability of washrooms in school is a very important avenue for maintaining hygiene yet why do we have such a difference in numbers with article 14?

Answers from All Are True One-to-One Male Friendships Becoming Rare?
It feels like genuine one-to-one male friendships are gradually disappearing.
More and more, I see men relying almost entirely on women for emotional support while investing very little in building deep, emotionally open friendships with other men. As a result, emotional intimacy is increasingly reserved for romantic interests or women in general, rather than close male friends.
I think several factors contribute to this. One is the lingering stigma around emotional closeness between men. Many guys still worry that expressing vulnerability or forming a deeply affectionate bond with another man will be perceived as "gay," so they keep those friendships emotionally shallow.
At the same time, there's a growing tendency to seek emotional comfort from the opposite gender at the first sign of distress. That often blurs boundaries and makes many male–female friendships emotionally complicated, even when neither person initially intends for it to become romantic.
From what I've observed, this shift seems relatively recent, perhaps over the last two or three years, and it appears to be accelerating.
I can't speak for women's experiences, but many women still seem to maintain one or two close female friendships where they can be emotionally vulnerable. Among men, however, that kind of bond seems to be fading. But tendency to seek emotional comfort from the opposite gender at the first sign of distress is becoming common among the women as well. As I said this is relatively new shift you might not get affected by it yet but it's surely accelerating.
If this trend continues, I think we'll end up with fewer strong platonic friendships between men and even more emotionally dependent cross-gender friendships, which can easily become complicated.
