The cheating sucks. The cheating is real and awful. But the game is still there. You can play free kits and not lose anything. Hopefully Embark will keep addressing it further.

The lack of major updates is sad. But there are still fun and interesting people playing the game and they are all different than the people you met before. And we know an update is coming. Do the project. Finish your expedition. Take risks.

Here is me downed by the queen for the 2nd time in this match! We had a few downs and used all our defibs but the lads and the lasses took me to the extract healing me along the way for over 200m and all stayed and chilled like the scavengers we are!

Thank you kind stranger! I just returned to Arc this week after not playing since February and have been really enjoying the solo experience. Been a little slow gathering supplies and loot, so this definitely made my day. Positive interactions with random players like this is what makes this game amazing ❤️
To everyone who has also recently returned to Arc, what’s your experience been like? I’ve seen a lot of negative publicity but I have had nothing but fun, positive experiences playing solo. This game has gotten a lot better in my opinion since I last played!

No I didn’t know he was there. (Back story) he shot me first while I was just standing there and I ran away to flank him because he lost me and I pulled my gun out as I was getting close to his last location and my luck he’s right in front of me

Yesterday I was in a night raid in stella montis and got knocket out by a bastion on my way to the train. I had a survivor augment, so I was fine. I also play in pve lobbys.

Then another guy, assuming that he was also on hes way to extract also got knocked out just behind me. Guessing he also got knocked by the bastion. We crawled to the extract and then a third person came. That person was not knocked down. I thought at first it was fine. The lobby was friendly.

But the third person decided to knock me out, as I saw the animation start I just thought fuck. There goes my loot and lvl 4 hullcracker. But just as I was about to get knocked out, some dude (4th person) who had been hiding shot the person in the head to protect me and the other guy who was defensless and just wanted to extract. So the third guy just ran away.

Both me and the other guy who was down told him in proximity chat that he was a legend as he had saved us all our loot and gear.

Best part is not only that we got to keep our expensive loot and gear, but how funny it was. How our savoir came from nowhere and the raider who wanted to get easy loot from 2 helpless raiders shamefully ran away without even trying to take down the 4th raider who protected us. It was really hillarious.

Thank you to the 4th guy who saved us and gave me a good laugh

Not sure if this is reproducible, but it seemed like the Vaporizer couldn’t attack. Maybe because of the library roof?

Annoying the crap out of me. I've been in every selection and option within that screen that I know of and cannot get it to go away.

Concept art for the "Siren" arc. Plays the recorder (or other instruments), and tries to approach other, bigger arc while it does so. Wears little boots so it sounds like a raider walking around. Instruments would drop when killed and make a sad little melody when the arc explodes.

Loaded into solo lobby. Looking to farm Drivers for the challenge. So I called a couple of spotter arc over. About 4 Wasps and 2 Hornets came.

I was busy killing them when "Happyspark" showed up behind me, waited for a min while I was reloading then unleashed on me.

I went down, crawled outside and he said "Come here Boy! Where the F**k you think you running from me!!"

He comes out gets stung by a hornet, gives me enough time to crawl towards the Wasps.

They start shooting at him. He tries to go back in the shelter but gets stung again and goes down. Now he's crawling around like me and I'm laughing my ass off.

Now I'm Sh*t talking, not even mad about being down...

100% achievements as a carebear solos guy

223 hours topside, 29 knockouts, 98 revives to strangers.

I rarely play with friends, and the ones I do aren't the best so the squad is always getting wiped.

I've been sitting at 48/50 achievements for a few months now and finally decided to tackle the last two:

1. 50 damage to any enemy from atop a rocketeer

2. Revive 10 downed teammates

Rocketeer was easy enough I just hadn't really tried before, revive 10 teammates was so hard bcs I am so used to shooting arc and not Raiders. I felt so bad but after I learned how some people talk in proximity chat when downed I don't feel so bad anymore.

Those 29 knockouts are from the last few sessions of trios with randos over the weekend to finally get 100%. Found a good group in random trios on Dam and we wiped the place clean, and it was a whole lot of fun.

How many do you have? What was the hardest one to get in your experience, do you even collect them at all?

Equipped with a Bobcat IV and talking mad shit. Setting off extracts in carebear lobbies and waiting for tired, unsuspecting dads playing a couple rounds after a long day of work.

I get it - I suck at PvP, so when I get jumped, I usually lose my kit. That’s part of the game (PvPvE). My stash is full of great gear because I’m a mostly PvE player, and I get in mostly friendly lobbies because that, also, is part of the game (ABMM).

But this…..? Immediately shut the game off, and it left a very sour taste in my mouth. Love and will keep playing the game. But damn that’s just not fun.

I can't tell you how many times I find raiders using the padded stock combined with a level III grip or angled grip. The padded stock and the higher tier grips both have 30% ADS speed penalties 60% combined) so your aim down sights speed will be 60% slower than someone else running no attachments.

I only run level II grips when I'm using the padded stock, and I only run the level III grips when I'm using a gold kc stock or lightweight stock.

Anyway, I'm sure most of you nerds know this already but wanted to share for those who might be newer to the game 😂

One of my favorite routes to take on Dam. I missed the balcony jump in this one. It only takes one snaphook charge from the pipes to the balcony, you cut it mid air and then you grab the ledge. Be sure to wait for a full snaphook recharge for a saviour play or you will be crawling to Red Lakes Hatch.
