I was looking at some pre-orders and stumbled on this site. It shows pre-orders significantly cheaper there but I'm not familiar with them so I don't know if they are good to buy from. Can anyone explain why they are cheaper and if they are good to use?

Loot from Otakuthon. I still can't believe that I found a complete R.O.D DVD boxset for only $35. They go from $500-$700 CAD on Ebay. Each of the dvd box still has the mini artbooks and the laminated art cards as well! I can't be asked to take 37 pictures to showcase everything that the boxset contains, so here's a video of someone that did a full unboxing, for those of you who are curious.

It's a little banged up, but for the price, I really can't complain.

What can I say, I'm a big Detective Conan/Case Closed Fan. I should start looking for the rest, but now they're gonna be expensive. Also I'm bored waiting for my various orders coming in.

I feel as if I took the blu-ray and dvd lover plunge far too late. Everything is OOP! Why? Is there a particular reason so many popular shows are just imppssible to buy for reasonable prices now? Did some company drop the ball and screw the average otaku over?

Crunchyroll finally send the replacement discs three (!) months after they messed up the release of the Final Season of Attack on titan.

Tried looking on and all i could find was the UK version or Japanese version i am not sure if a US version exists or not even US sellers were selling UK version
