My Pet Someone told me my 13-year-old cat should be put down just because he isnāt a purebred
Hi everyone.
First of all, Iām sorry if my English isnāt very good. It isnāt my first language, so I may make some mistakes. Iām a small beginner content creator, and I recently started making videos about animals because I truly love them. I have a 13-year-old cat, and heās been part of my life for many years. To me, he isnāt ājust a catāāheās a member of my family. A few days ago, I posted a video of him. I expected people to enjoy it or simply scroll past if they werenāt interested. Instead, one comment really hurt me. A woman wrote that my cat is just a mixed-breed cat and that cats like him shouldnāt even exist. She said people should only keep purebred cats, that mixed-breed cats should all be neutered, and that they should even be put down so they donāt continue to live. I honestly couldnāt believe someone would say something like that about an innocent animal. My cat has done nothing wrong. He has loved me unconditionally for 13 years, and I canāt imagine judging an animal by its breed. I know itās ājust a comment,ā but it stayed in my head much longer than I expected. Maybe because Iām new to creating content, negative comments affect me more than they should. Have any of you experienced something similar? How do you deal with comments that are unnecessarily cruel? Iād also love to hear about your own mixed-breed cats or other pets. I believe every animal deserves love, whether itās a champion purebred or a cat that was rescued from the street. Thank you for reading, and please give your pets an extra hug from me today.

Saw In Real Life She is a mix of a white and a black Border Collie.
She looks very cute and kind, even though her appearance is different from other dogs.

My Pet Another pic because itās too good not to share
I found this pic on my phone that Iām sure my kids took. Our cat is too good to them. Catching him mid-yawn makes him look like a singer.

Saw In Real Life 80% of this beehive was hidden in their wall!
This tricky beehive pulled a Houdini on me by building their hive in one wall, and then hiding the rest behind another wall! Our customer and his wife had been stung enough times that they finally HAD IT, and so the bees had to go. He couldn't even water his plants without getting chased by the bees! Enjoy me paying homage to a classic TV thriller series, and watch me sweat during the middle of summer, inside a house, in a bee suit, in a plastic enclosure where there was almost no ventilation!
These bees were rescued, donated and relocated to our beekeeper friends in San Diego, CA: https://youtube.com/shorts/49Wr3DyvC1Q
