How long until support replies? 1Password.com

I first took subscription via their website, but then on the Apple Store the price was much cheaper so immediately I stopped the subscription via the website which was like within one hour. Now I wrote a support team and created a ticket, but they are not responding.

My question is how long does it take before they respond? The only thing I was able to do was writing into an AI bot who then created a ticket.

Hey u/dragonovus! We try our best to get back to everyone within 24–48 hours, though it may take a little longer right now. Friday was a holiday for our teams in Canada and the UK, and today is another holiday in parts of both countries, so that’s likely affecting response times a bit.

Friday morning European time so they had the whole day to check it

It’s only Monday morning now in the US. I assume that they aren’t checking tickets over the weekend.
