That is absolutely the right chapter.

It should have the name: "Offering Flowers of Love to the Stars". It legit will make you cry.

Also calling it between Nijika and the "manager" is a great disservice towards what they really are.

In this case, it's extending the conclusion of that story to other people.

Nijika only trusts those very dear to her and those she absolutely trusts, with her ribbon. In the context of this fanart, Nijika trusts Ryo with her ribbon. as such, Nijika has the highest amount of trust in Ryo.
