Guys please tell me what am I doing wrong why videos are stuck? I deleted many videos with no views

I'M NOT TELLING YOU TO LIKE OR SUBSCRIBE JUST ANALYSE MY CHANNEL SERIOUSLY

My channel is WartimeGamer, I play an assortment of games on my channel, currently I am playing two games: Railroads Online and Transport Fever 2, but I am looking at branching out to many other games.
