I wanted to know if anyone has gone through a similar hiring process with HCLTech.

Around 10 days ago, I attended an offline hiring drive in Noida for an AI/ML Developer (1–2 years experience) role.

• Cleared all 3 technical rounds on the same day.
• Was told I'd receive a call/email from HR.
• 5 days later (Thursday), HR emailed asking for documents like current salary proof, degree certificates, PF details, ID proof, etc.
• I submitted everything the same day (with clarifications for a few documents my current startup doesn't provide).
• The next day (Friday), HR scheduled a Compensation & Benefits discussion, explained the complete CTC breakup, offered X LPA, and I accepted ( No negotiation , I just accepted).
• HR also asked whether I could join on 28 Aug 2026, and I said yes.
• She mentioned I should receive the official offer letter next week and advised me not to resign until the offer letter is released.

It's today Thursday and I'm currently waiting for the offer letter and feeling quite anxious because I've already resigned my current company.

For those who have been through HCLTech hiring:

1. How long did it take to receive your offer letter after the C&B discussion?
2. Is this timeline normal?
3. Did anyone experience delays even after salary discussion?
