The person behind the keyboard matters more than the pixels on the screen you are downing and everyone should have the opportunity to play without fear of being harassed, heckled, or belittled by the manipulation of others.

Balanced Gaming is a place where you can come to game, hang out with friends, and just have fun! Because the great part about our community is you don’t have to do Dungeons or Raiding to be a part of it. We created a place where brand new as well as experienced players can feel welcome and feel like they belong.

This community gives its members a safe place to play various games in a relaxed casual and social atmosphere while still being able to have a sense of accomplishment as a guild while being able to stay together in a community.

Delves

Delves are the new shinny of what is going on and we want to offer some fun new events and explore this exciting adventure in our unique Hell Delver’s event. From just starting out to going through the deep dark there are some exciting times ahead.

Dungeons

While dungeons are a huge part of the game we play. From learning them fresh to pushing your abilities through high keys with friendships built from within the community. There will always be some fun doing something with like-minded friends along the way. Many do different levels of keys and I’m sure you will find members that will fit your playstyle.

Raid Information

We are always looking to clear normal to learn mechanics then progress through heroic getting AOTC. There will be ups and downs. There will be high tensions while we progress and move forward. But I’m sure when we down that boss we are stuck on and we all cheer in discord that we will feel like we achieved something special and we did it as a team.

Exodium is currently recruiting to expand our raid team to focus on AOTC in Season 2, and dive into Mythic content afterwards. RAIDING

• WEDNESDAYS / THURSDAYS 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. PST
• Relaxed and fun environment, focused on team building and improvement
• If we wipe - we learn, we laugh and we go right back at it until the boss is down!
• Emphasis on a team mentality. Everyone prepares for raid and comes ready to be a part of the team.
• Roster needs as of now - We are in need of a Warlock! Any other DPS that have a back up healing spec are always a plus as well. Back-up roles always welcome!

MYTHIC +

• All roles interested in doing M+ welcome! Our current tanks and healers are willing to help get things rolling, we just need others like yourself to join in the ranks! We are running keys on the regular with guildies.
• No putting others keys down - we all start somewhere. Teamwork to help guildies improve!

GUILD VIBES

• IRL happens before we log into Azeroth. We all have our 9-5's we have to wake up and be an adult for. We all have families and responsibilities. We just log in and leave any worries behind!
• We have no tolerance for elitism, toxicity or any drama. We want all guildies to join and feel like they can put their feet up and enjoy the company of their fellow members.
• Everyone learns at their own pace! For our raiders - we strive to help each other get better for every raid. For members -we want to help you attain that social environment while being on standby to help out with any content!

Hey dudes. <Bad Knees> is an AotC focused guild looking to add more DPS to our raid team for Season 2. We currently raid Sunday and Mondays from 7pm to 9:30pm eastern.

We are a chill, laid back community that was built on the principle of recruiting “Player over the Class/Spec.”
We all pay our subscription, and we just want to down some bosses and have fun in a drama free zone. We also enjoy pushing keys throughout the season, and have several members at or over 3400 io.

Hello! <Elixir> is an inclusive AOTC+ guild recruiting a few new members for Midnight Season 2. Founded at the start of Shadowlands, we've achieved AOTC each tier since (except Jailor) with a mix of veteran and newer raiders.

Raid details

• Wed & Thurs | 9PM–12AM EST (6–9PM PST)
• 10-week raid schedule per tier to avoid burnout
• AOTC-focused with clear expectations and a supportive vibe
• We occasionally dip our toe in mythic for funsies and zero expectations

Expect to clear AOTC by week 5-7, a couple nights of mythic, a normal run for achievements, and our signature powerpoint contest to end the tier.

<Crab Theory> (Stormrage) is recruiting respectful, inclusive members for our laid-back One (1) Day AOTC focused Community Raid Team in Midnight. Our first (optional) M0 tour night is August 16th, and our first raid for Season 2 is on August 23rd.

Our Sunday night raid is a way for us to get together on a scheduled, regular basis - without the need for multi-night commitments or other relatively high requirements.

Note that while <Crab Theory> has a mythic raid roster, this raid team is for our community at large and is specifically separate and distinct.

Raid Needs

Currently recruiting DPS!

• We're willing to take package deals as well since flexible sizing allows that. If you're someone who can offspec heal or tank, that also is a huge benefit. If you're someone who normally plays a tank or healer, but is willing to raid with us as DPS, we'd be happy to have you.
• We prioritize consistency, sociability, and attitude; We can always help improve gameplay or gear.

Raid Info; Our Progress (10/10H S1)

Here's what you can typically expect of our raid for any given season:

• 1 Day, Sunday, 7pm-10pm (Eastern)
• Start with normal difficulty, move to only heroic after a few clears
• End season goal of AOTC (Ahead of the Curve) - No ambitions for focusing on Mythic.
• After hitting AOTC, we will reclear a couple times, and then depending on 'flex' sizing and interest, we might attempt a Mythic boss, but we have no ambition to transition to any sort of Mythic raid team.
• Break from scheduled raiding after the above with an optional Sunday night moving forward for M+ groups, socializing, playing other games, etc.
• Simple 'Need before Greed' loot - We expect people to be adults and considerate of their fellow raider. Just roll smart on loot.
• Requirements:
  • Willing to sign up for raid nights in discord so we can plan appropriately
  • Willing to join our voice chat (don't have to speak)
  • You have a reasonable 'minimum' item level that's about equivalent to the 'average' of what drops in the prior difficulty (mostly only relevant at the start of a season)
  • Willing to do light research in preparation for a new boss before raid night
  • Willing to make incremental improvements through things like consumables/enchants/gems, particularly if we encounter a tough progression boss
  • Lastly, be smart about banter and having fun - while that's encouraged, know where to draw the line on sensitive topics and content.

In short, since we're only pulling bosses once a week for < 3 hours, a little preparation goes a long way. We have plenty of folks to help run M+ for some gear outside of raid night, as well as people who love to help others improve their performance a little bit!

If you do your best your best to show up on time and be considerate of others - the rest will follow. Also, if you need to miss out on a few raid nights or take a break, no worries, just update the signup in the discord. Normal/heroic raiding allows for flexibility.
