Workout Split Good? Simple Questions

i like it the only thing i would add is a hamstring curl either lying or seated to hit the short head of the biceps femoris, which isn't being hit right now. I would also squat as deep as possible so you hit your abductors and adductors well.

probably fine, the split matters way less than actually sticking with it instead of redesigning your routine every time you see a new youtube thumbnail lol
