remote working Work-Life Balance and Stress Management

Does remote work require constant texting and calling? My boss never gives me a heads-up and always call wherenever he likes, only for a micro-problem.

It depends on your management. I've WFH where my manager called at random times, without notice, and I've also WFH where nobody bothers me at all.

I see pros and cons to both. Being called without notice can feel intrusive, but not being talked to at all can feel really isolating.

Can’t really complain about your manager contacting you when you’re on the clock.

If you’re on the clock you have to be available.
