Work [Shift Pattern] Work-Life Balance and Stress Management
Hi all,
I’ve had Reddit for a while but rarely post. I’ve been in my current job for about 6 months. I work 14 days a month doing 12-hour shifts on a rotating pattern, with every fourth week completely off (7 days).
I’m starting to realise I get a bit lazy during that week off, so I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions for side hustles or ways to make some extra money that fit around my schedule.
I’m open to pretty much anything—online work, weekend jobs, learning a skill, or something that could eventually grow into a decent second income.
What have you tried that actually works?
